Leadership/SWRP experience: 

 

I have plenty of leadership experience in terms of staff. I am currently staff on MRP. Currently, I am a H.Mod on MRP and I was a previous H.Mod on MRP as well. I am also experienced in leading factions on MRP, I was the SSO leader after Gamma. I led okay in my opinion, but I definitely admit to being inactive and negligent. I have improved greatly since I returned and I can show my leadership.

 

Other SWRP Servers: I am currently (not actively) a mediocre sized rank on a JvS SWRP server. I am one of Two active NCOs and I have been able to help out the branch in training and combat. I have been able to progress through the ranks at a pretty quick speed because of my leadership skills.

Briefly describe the lore of Delta Squad and the squad member you are applying for: 

 

Sev is a dark yet humorous clone. He was a member of the Delta Squad which was an elite commando branch within the clone army. He went and completed many different campaigns in Geonosis, Coruscant, Mygeeto and Haurgab. Sev is an efficient killer who’s mainly known for his weirdly dark humor and hatred of Geonosians. His dark humor has led to even his own training sergeant to think he needs therapy of some sort. Sev has stained his helmet with blood-red paint meant to symbolize the blood of his enemies. This led to people believing this may not just be paint, but the blood of his enemies.

 

Delta Squad is an elite task force that specializes in many different tactics. They consist of four members. Sev, known as being the reconnaissance master and sniper. Fixer, known as being the technology expert of the group, is a highly trained medic. Scorch, known as the demolitionist, was an expert in all things relating to explosions. Then finally there was Boss, the leader of the group. Boss was an extremely strong leader who respected and was loyal to his fellow squad mates.

 

Why should you be selected as a Delta Squad member? [Minimum of 2 paragraphs]: 

 

I should be accepted for Sev for three main reasons. These are, my ability to lead, my capability when it comes to maturity, and my willingness to improve. First, my ability to lead. As I said previously, I led SSO back in 2019. This was an era in which SSO was going through many changes. For those of you who do not know, SSO was in a state of decay. Ethan Greshnev had basically led just himself for about 2 months. I had inherited the faction from Gamma when it had just three members. I was able to efficiently stabilize the population as well as make the faction more enjoyable. The process behind that was difficult, to which I had to leave because of my grades, but It worked. After my leadership, Joe Budden had led it pretty well. I am still disappointed in myself because I was inactive, but nonetheless I have greatly improved.

 

My second reason to become a Delta Squad member was that I have a standard of maturity. As I said before, I am currently staff on MRP and was also on DRP. People all across the community know that I am able to be serious in important circumstances. I know that being a Delta Squad member is a serious task. I will dedicate myself to being serious at all times while I am a Delta Squad member. I like to have fun, and as I have told people many times before, I like criticism. This leads me to my final topic, my willingness to improve. I have gotten a lot of criticism over the past two years. I always, no matter what, took their criticism and improved upon it. When someone told me I needed to fix my behavior, I would fix it and also re-evaluate my demeanor. I am able to do this fairly easily and will gladly take criticism over my behavior and other actions. Overall, I am a great fit to be a part of the Republic Commando Team.

 

Describe what you think your role in RP would be [2 paragraphs minimum]: 

 

My role in RP can be described as being simple. Sev, due to his sniper skills, is a reconnaissance specialist at heart. I would be more than capable of leading many different RP scouting missions. The 41st, which is known as the recon battalion, would be considered my second home. They specialize in recon and sniping, the same as Sev. To add on, Sev’s natural dark humor fits very well with me. I know that I can embody his persona and make everyone feel somewhat scared of what's under my helmet.

 

In RP, I would be leading the 41st and any other battalion on scouting missions around the planet. Currently scouting missions are a great way to passive RP and I could add another level to that. Sev is known to be one of the best snipers and I could help 41st with their sniper training as well. While fun RP without a GM’s help is somewhat difficult, I know that I will be able to help in making the server a better experience for those who like to go on recon missions.

 

Do you understand that you may be removed from your position should you fail to uphold the standards and requirements of this role?: 

 

I understand that this role is to be taken seriously and I must withhold the standards of being in Delta Squad. 

 

Also, if I am accepted, I understand that I may need to leave the MilitaryRP staff team as well as Green Beret. I am currently in Shock, so my rank there will not be affected.

At first, I didn't really know Ting and really all I knew him for was the "MRP Drama". I didn't really know how to feel about him since I didn't really know him, so at that point I just left my opinion neutral on him for this position. However, after talking to him for the past few days and roleplaying with him, I believe he is capable of this position. He has lead in the past which obviously has a lot to do with being a Delta Squad member. The only thing I ask of him if he receives this position is his full commitment to Delta Squad. This is definitely an opportunity for him to clear his name with much of the Administration. I want to see what he can do as Sev. Good luck!
