Why should we choose you over other applicants?:  Since 2016 I have been an active member of the GarnetGaming Community. Garnet was the first server I've ever had the pleasure of being a staff member on. I learned how to use teamspeak at 13 years old just to get accepted. I have always shown a huge commitment to this community and the players that run around on the server everyday.  I have always tried to be an active member of the community no matter what. I have never been banned in my 10 years of garnet for minging, rdm, harrassment, etc.   I have years and years of experience dealing with difficult situations regarding rule breaks and more, i have always loved dealing with it and coming up with fair solutions for both parties. I dont see being an administrator as a role to punish people, I see it as a role to help everyone get along and have fun playing the video game. I have a pretty good knowledge of all of the commands, how to use logs even though they've of course changed since before, And ive re-read all of the server rules to refresh my memory.    I love this server, I would love for you guys to give me a chance to become a member of the staff team again. Although I know im an old player and I havent been here for years i've been putting in time since my unban 4 months ago to get to know players of the community and run around and understand the server again since I've been gone. I'd love a chance to learn from the current staff members about how it all works now and get some more experience under my belt. Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, Include details: I was Banned in 2020 from garnet due to a ban on MilitaryRP for cheating. For 4 years I have been appealing my ban showing my dedication to the server. If I did this action I would have NO issue showing accountability for my actions, However, This is not the case. I've continuously maintained my innocence from these accusations which got me banned on darkrp and stripped of my administrator role. The "proof" for the ban is somewhere posted in my old ban appeals if anyone wants to go have a look. The first part of what I plan on bringing is a teaching attitude. I will try to be one of the first people to meet and help find your way around the server, whether that being with rules or general server knowledge. I want to come bring a new sense of teaching atmosphere around the new people so we can have less of chickens running with their head chopped off type of new recruits. I want people to feel welcomed and heard on the server that I fell in love with back in 2021ish(I forgot when it was). Overall I want new people the be taught and well taught not just the training people rush through.   Second, I want to correct people who are in the wrong, and I dont mean that by straight bans/warns. I mean correcting people in a constructing way, I don't want people to come to the sever and their first thought would be "why is the server chaotic." I want to start anew and allow people to be corrected by showing them what they did wrong and allowing them to fix their mistake. In all fairness I do understand that stricter punishments are needed, and they will come when it calls for it. At the end of the day we are all humans and we make mistakes including myself I don't expect to be a perfect admin, but I will strive to be a great one. I want to help people thrive on this server by teaching them and by correcting them constructively when they're in the wrong.
