I think this is good for a new in-game money making mechanic. Not to take away from the player to player element, but I feel like an NPC could help facilitate some of the interactions you would have. These NPCs could help you get the miner/parts and also offer as a point of sale. I would make the amount you earn from selling to this npc to be at least 20% less than what you would earn from a player to player sale. This would increase the power of the cash burn mechanism and also offer players an alternative when there is lower player counts or less people roleplaying with miners. I know this isn't a foolproof addition to your idea, but I hope it stirs the pot a bit and helps give a good idea. +1 fam ❤️ -

Got reported for it didn't know nigga was considered racist so i thought it was a troll then actually got banned for it bc i was being "racist" When i personally don't think the context of what i was saying was ment to be racist. And the LTAP was when i first joined and started to play on the server and didn't understand how stuff worked. This was a targeted attack from a staff memeber known as mischief aka - https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198844214661/ they didn't want me near or around their base so used this as a reason to get me "Banned" so i was out of their hair. Im new to the server, new to the rules, i made that clear in the admin sit yet my word wasn't being heard so i left the server. I don't take abuse lightly and i didn't do anything "racist"
