I will change the way I speak to people in future as I honestly 100% did not mean any sarcasm in when I said don't say it again. The issue I have is my accent is a very unique accent with only about a couple hundred thousand people having a similar one to me so there's a very low chance of someone studying my accent without directly focusing on all British accents and I do believe this is the reason why it was thought it had sarcastic undertones to it.

As one of the staff members who was reviewing evidence and came up with the conclusion i’m gonna give you my honest opinion about bryan I think he’s a great leader very active and always willing to help when he can. However while after the fact i reviewed every single piece of evidence multiple times i think what we really see is more toxicity to the player than the harassment it seems like every chance you get your telling him he’s bad at his job or he’s doing the wrong thing teach him the right thing as a former MP for the server and also a 1MD officer i believe that’s totally in your right to teach him to do the right thing instead of constantly putting him down in the sit i brought up take it to his leader ship if that doesn’t work take it up the chain the voice you used in the clip of you saying you didn’t hear anything as someone who comes from a background of dealing with people emotions and reading body language and peoples tones of voice for 7 years and have passed multiple federal classes on body said thing i can say i believe fully you were being sarcastic about telling them don’t say it again even with the accent the underlying tone is sarcasm. Now with that said i think it was mostly toxicity from your part and i’d like to see that fix i have sent up my recommendation that your ban be reduced and that you deserve a demotion back to W1 as you have been a great asset to 1MD otherwise now since all staff in the sit are operators we are working on getting someone else to review the evidence and make a decision on your case as soon as we have an answer we will let you know thank you for taking the time to make an appeal -Operator Supervisor Tesla

+1 Confirming referral.  Dot has been very active and amazing help to not only MARSOC, but 1MD as well. Im sure the extent would go further if he also played Tali.  He has strong ideas for the community and itd be nice to see him on staff to put his ideas into action. 

+1 /Neutral      IGN: 1MD Major David Blaine   After taking this in the situation from an objective POV, I believe that a punishment is necessary. HOWEVER, I believe the punishment is of a very extreme nature. A demotion as well as pa few days/a week time out would be good, continuing the premise propose by Papamid.      Bryan has been a significant help to myself and other 1MD officers and to lose him over such an event is outrageous.    The Confliction I see:   We have a player who is known to overstep in OOC chat as well insubordinate not only as MP, but also as 1MD. Furthermore, we have a group of people who have been sick of poor results from a certain group. This something that has gotten way to out of hand over a couple truthnukes form all sides of this spectrum.    It is painful to see Bryan go, and I would just hope to see either a complete overturn or a significant reduction in punishment time.   UPDATED:  +1    After getting home and reviewing EVERY single video in depth, I would like to negate my previously named neutral to a +1 for a complete appeal to this ban. Under MRP rules I do not see how the "Harassment" section even applies. The closest is "disrespect" which is a stretch considering it is in character, with a built on RP development CONSIDER the past of the "victim" of Bryan.   After I defected, as well as Bryan.. from MP due to the lack of proper structure certain members took it extremely personal when there was an attempted "intervention." This is an absolute joke to me, and a blatant intent to shed bad light apon Bryan.    "I am filming this whole thing" while under a different alias is just bewildering to me. Bryan may have been "harsh" but BY NO MEANS was this harassment. People take things way to personally on a certain side that leads to what seems to either be a vendetta or whatever it may be against people who point out the obvious.    So after extensive review, I can safely conclude that Bryan's actions were not done in truly negative faith, and the clips isolate a LONG GOING issue. Bryan should receive punishment/locking from us, 1MD High Command. HOWEVER, his actions in particular give no proper standing for even a week long ban.    Thank you for your attention to this matter everybody, and I hope to see this work towards a compromise. We need good leaders, and Bryan is one.
