[minimum 2 paragraphs] Generaly speaking The 1st reason is that I have a lot of staff experience and I have a lot of ideas I can bring up to bishop for Simulations, Events, etc. 2nd reasoning why I should be chosen is because I am known around the community some people like me some others might think differently towards me. I really don't know how people think of me but I have a lot of positive results. 3rd Reason why I should be chosen is because I really like Roleplaying aspect. I've been waiting for something like this to happen for a while. This time around I hope SWRP will come around and actually be full RP and not minging 24/7. 4th Reason when it becomes a staff situation or a RP situation that will be my 1st priority no matter what the circumstance is. StarwarsRP has been something toward me for a while. I've always tried to help and change with RP and events. I didn't really like how events usually were back in the day. Just spawn in npcs and clones. Some events were actually good and did RP. There wasn't also that many staff members last time on SWRP mostly everyone wanted to be a GM cause that's when it came out. A lot of people know about my hobby's because I've made a lot of applications before other positions in the past. But, I've played hockey for most of my life. I've recently quit hockey to focus more on college. I am a sophomore at CSU (Colorado State University). I also have been airsofting my whole life and I still am. I do Milsims which means I go around the world and be in really big events that can last a week or 2 straight. I have about 4g of airsoft gear with me rn. But, I'm starting to debate if I want to continue airsofting or not. But, right now I am continuing to be in college. I am majoring in criminal justice and mechanical engineering . The criminal justice part is to be in the FBI I either need a bachelor or a master. If that doesn't work out then I'll be trying to be a detective. If that doesn't work either then that means the mechanical part will come in. I'll be trying to be a mechanic, don't know for what yet but for something big.Did you read the staff rules?: Oboshi

He didn't leave GA on a bad note. He left GA because he can no longer be part of the server anymore I don't know Conway's reasons for being inactive or what so ever. But, he had his reasons too and they could've been personal or not. He is a good leader he proved himself when he first became GA also when he was in Navy back in the days. [minimum 2 paragraphs] I do have past experience when It comes to lore and leading experience for Jedi. Like I said in my past answer I was Plo Koon for 104th Vizii was a CDR then it became Whiskey. I'm never power hungry at all either when it also comes to a simulation stance or a RP stance RP is way more important the just giving out stupid orders. When Events do happen you have to plan out on what your battalion needs to do and have a succeed, Sometimes it might fail but that's the experience with RP. Every event is different so communication will be key to it. The other part about being a Jedi lead is getting along with the faction and the CDR, plus other jedi members. Some people usually like to mess around too when they get power. I mostly take it serious but I still have fun. I'm not a super serious person when It comes to that kind of stuff but, i'm still a fun person to kick back and talk too. I'm pretty positive with GG community as well. A lot of StarwarsRP players including me have been waiting for this to come back and now that is it we are so ready for the relaunch and hopefully make it better then ever. But others make sure everyone is following rules as well in my battalion. Also be helping out Jedi's as well. But, more importantly is doing things for the server as well to make it better. We all want to make the StarWarsRP server better then before so it doesn't have a downfall at all. That is hopefully all of our goals. I will be a huge part in RP scenarios but, I wont be part of every single RP I want to help teach people how to properly RP instead of goofing off during it. This server should be a full RP server still with fun and people goofing around usually. Thats what makes it even better. Imma +1 this but also. You did have staff on Rust, but I want you to atleast ask for help from other staff members on DarkRP. Moving to another game can be somewhat difficult, because you have to learn all the rules and what to follow / not follow. So try to atleast get some help from other staff members. Other then that I like the paragraphs but hoped them to be a little bit more beefy. But, goodluck with this app!

Its mostly the faction leaders that need to act up and change them selves. More passive RP need to be added instead of just Tryouts or just sims. Also, some members on the staff team are doing a pretty well job. But, others need to act up or change too cause like how I did and some of other use staff powers to minge. Also Jake + the T.Admins + Ozzy are the only GM's.. So it's good you still have them. Just small changes for a bigger outcome if you think of it that way.
