[minimum 2 paragraphs]:    I've good experience staffing a GMod server, and I feel I have the ability to balance out being fun and being serious when the time comes. I've got a good personal grasp on how to interpret rules so that it's fair and acceptable for all parties involved.   Additionally, MilitaryRP seems like it's struggling for staff right now. I'd like to volunteer myself to be able to hold down the fort until more brave soldiers like me step up and volunteer.  Lastly, I've got a pretty clean track record. Apart from my ban in June which I had literally no idea about and would have successfully appealed it if I had the chance.
