Hello and thank you for appealing. I will say upfront I do appreciate you coming to me in my DMs on Discord and extending a hand of apology towards me and Canlex, even though this won't really have any bearing on how this will likely end up. As for this report yes, I banned you for transphobia towards Canlex. You say in the thread that you were on a drunken episode and ended up saying hateful things towards another user, though you are still ultimately responsible for what words you use on our server. You can be entitled to your opinions on the matter for sure, and while you made it clear you don't hold these views, we can't have people coming to the server and belittling or insulting people for whatever reason it may be, including transphobia. I will attach a couple of the clips Canlex provided to me as proof of this. If you want to play on our servers issue-free, refrain from behaviour like this again. -
REPORTING STAFF : Puhnage - REPORTING PLAYER : skif INGAME NAME: DeChef MY STEAM ID: STEAM_0:1:210243665 IN GAME NAME OF REPORTEE: skif STEAM ID OF REPORTEE: unknown (staff help required) DATE / TIME: 11:40ish pm - December 26 2024 TIMEZONE: EST WHAT HAPPENED: A player named "Skif" walks into my gun store and calls me a "faggot" then runs out, a few minutes later he comes back and makes some weird noises in his mic, as he is running away again. i'm talking to my friend also in the store. I said: "Hey! That's the guy who called me a faggot!". he then comes back to inform me he has clipped me and is going to report me which is essentially ban bait. I was brought to a sit a few minutes later by the admin "Puhnage" He gave me barely any time to speak my case and seemed offended by me saying "What do you mean? He called me a faggot." he seemed to dislike me saying faggot bluntly instead of "the f word" This behavior on this server by this ban-baiting player is ridiculous, and the absolute lack of professionalism in this individual staff member is disgusting, acting like he's too busy to hear my side of the story and just jumping to a two week ban. My friend who was still on the server was following skif around and told me he is attempting to do the same thing to other players. I would like to request a FULL unban from the server and action taken against the 2 individuals stated above. -

Please use the correct format, and someone from the DarkRP Administration Team would be happy to look into the facts and validity of your ban. -
