Furthermore, I believe that my mindset is more inclined towards logic and reasoning, which is beneficial when resolving disputes between two players. It is crucial that you weigh both sides of an argument and the evidence presented in order to come to a fair and just execution of punishments according to server rules, while also allowing members to learn from their mistakes to better enjoy the server. I bring with me past experience as a staff member on Icefuse and a few other servers over the many years I've played GMod. This experience is a helpful tool that has helped me learn the expectations, methods, and manner in which I should conduct myself while performing staff duties. However, this experience is from my past, and as such, I am sure there are many things that I will have to learn again, or things that I will inevitably have to reach out to those above me to get guidance and assistance with. However, I decided to set out and apply for this position as this server has helped bring me a level of happiness I’d been missing with games for a while, and as such I wish to use my time and skills to help make the server a better place and assist my fellow players with their problems so that they may better enjoy their time as well. Good over all experience, well known and well respected veteran, I remember you as an upstanding and well liked member of the server whenever Ive interacted with you in the past and being a fellow Francophone is always good to increase reach to potential non-English speakers on the server! +1 -
