I’ve seen the rules play out in hundreds of different scenarios, from small disputes to mass RDM, so I know exactly what to look for. Because of this, I won't need the usual learning curve that most new staff members go through. I’m already familiar with the map and the community rules and expectations, which means I can start taking tickets and helping the team right away. I believe the most effective way to moderate is by staying completely objective. I have a natural interest in the technical side of how software and logic systems work, and I bring that same mindset to admin work. Instead of getting stuck in long arguments where players tell different stories, I rely on logs and evidence to see what actually happened. Making decisions based on facts instead of emotions ensures that my calls are fair, consistent, and follow the server rules. I know how to communicate with players in a way that keeps things professional and prevents a situation from escalating. there was a disagreement on how the law is interpreted giving the cops the ability to arrest if someone had a gun out inside of a property (aka any member of the public isn't allowed to possess firearms) instead of how the law is suppose to be and anyone brandishing the firearm in public is subjected to arrest.   also +1 on suggestion as we could get by without some of the laws as like the street pollution one.
