I did lie about my age before but this time I am telling the truth  I was removed from the staff team because my in-game name was chinese man and on the discord I said my eyes are small because Im chinese 2 years ago. I didn't change my name very much because old players will remember me and I also grew to like the name seeing it as recognizable and I will admit my hours during the day are lacking but from 9-12 pm I am on and from 10 am to around 4 pm I am on, I have nothing to hide now nothing to lie about and no reason to lie I meet the age requirement now and I did not before but I love the server and want to be staff so, How do I leave a good impression to everyone? I do not want to be bland or unkown so please help me to better my chances by telling me what improvements are needed You  explain a lot of good reasons here and thank you, If I may clear things up now before I make another app in however long they say. I was immature making a dark joke on chinese peoples eyes/vision which I do not agree with anymore. Yes I am young but I was moderating for this server at 13 and doing a great job -the immaturity I am actually 15 now and would love to be able to help the community once again.  the main problem I have is getting myself out there. I did not lie about helping new players or anything else on my application. It's just when I do help people you guys dont see so It is hard for me to be seen I have never been on with you on or atleast I was afk when you were. I leave the server running even when Im not home. But I do have a pretty consistent schedule of playing. If necessary if I ever am accepted I can prove that I am in fact 15 years of age. I lied for years because I thought telling the truth meant I had no chance. Obviously I doubt this one will I hope I cleared some thing up and if you guys will ever be willing to give me a second chance I will keep applying until so. The most admin abuse I did was phys gun and maybe off duty commands such and return but never in ways that would harm other players experience. 

-1 - Removed as staff for something you said. That's a lot more severe than being demoted or removed for not being able to contribute anymore.  also find it weird you don't explain what you said or go into detail more, that seems dishonest. - age, not only are you rather young, but you also have seemingly been 15 for multiple years, so are you lying about your age? if so that's also dishonest -/+ you claim to be really active but I've been playing since late 2022 and have only seen you a handful of times and only recently. that being said I dont count it as dishonest or even a negative, but rather want to make a point I don't really see you in + that being said, being former staff is nice, especially a S. Mod.   all in all, there's not a lot of positives and the negatives are prominent for why you should be staff. sorry, try a bit later and work on you image and yourself 

Overall -1   Yeah being 15 since 2024 is not a good look man. I've seen you around but given your history I don't think I see a reason to give this anything better than a -1. Good luck to you!

-1 Yeah there's something pretty fishy that your age hasn't change since 2024 and like ZBT your removal of the staff team isn't very clear I've heard plenty of different things such as admin abuse and immaturity being apart of those reasons. I haven't seen you active once since i've been on or maybe i've just missed you but I haven't been seeing contribute to the community in any shape or form so i dont see any reason why we should let you be staff
