While my experience is minor, I would love to expand my knowledge and be able to help out in any way that I can. I am very out going and eager to help. I am also very quick to learn, so any training that I would need would be a breeze. I know I am on odder hours than most, so I can help when no other mods are on and the players are running rampant with the prob blocking and the mass rdms. I know that this isn't direct experience with gmod but I do feel that it helps here. I am studying to become a teacher and one of the main things that I have learned in my years of prep is how to resolve drama and conflicts quick and easily. I am not one for drama, so I will hopefully keep any sit a drama free zone and make sure that both parties are heard and that we can always come to a resolution.
