You need to put some serious thought into how you apply for staff, primarily the fact you have not played more than 3 hours in the last year, and not more than 11 hours in the last 2 years. This is a very clear example of your lack of community support, as frankly no one knows who you are. I would put in another 60 hours minimum before applying again if I was in your position.
