Description: The title is pretty straight forward. Players should be able to spawn useable chair entities. 2-4 could be the limit per player. They should be phys gun-able as long as the chair is not in use to avoid any sort of abuse like having someone sit in the seat then forcing it into a base then inside raiding. The only people that should be able to spawn them are hotel managers, chefs, and anyone with VIP. They should also be destroyable like a printer or drug stove. Reasoning: This would benefit the server by bringing along some sort of "immersion" when it comes to people setting up stores/dining settings in owned buildings.
