In my previous experience as the Head Admin of the server, I was responsible for helping manage the community, supporting staff members, and creating an environment where players felt welcomed and engaged. I understand the importance of maintaining a balance between serious roleplay and enjoyable experiences, ensuring that both new and experienced players have a reason to stay active within the server.   During my time as Head Admin, I introduced and supported new ideas such as custom events, different tryout formats, and activities that gave players more opportunities to get involved. I focused on creating a friendly and active community where players enjoyed logging in daily and felt like they were part of something bigger. I also worked to improve weaker areas of the server, including helping build up the Afghan force when player numbers were low by encouraging recruitment, improving engagement, and creating more opportunities for that faction to grow.   If given the opportunity to contribute to this server, I would bring the same dedication, teamwork, and creativity that I have shown in the past. What inspired you to apply for this position?: My inspiration for applying is to ensure the server can grow and have the same level of community growth as it was back in 2017-2018 and overall love the experiences I have come to gain from Garnet servers and will love to continue what we had started back then.
