Good morning, I have forwarded evidence to the operator team. They will conduct an investigation to determine if the ban will remain. Expect a message from them within the next 24-48h Just to note, I am the staff member who updated the ban, the ban from aqua was erroneous in nature. The ban was updated to Inciting MRDM due to evidence provided of you supplying players with weapons and encouraging them to kill people. -

(include any proof): A group of low levels wondered into my base asking for weapons not saying what they needed them for. I wanted to help them out since they were new to the server and so I gave them some weapons (assuming they aren't going to break rules with them) a couple minutes after giving them the guns they started RDMing. Eventually they died and asked for more weapons, I hesitantly gave them some low tier weapons and explicitly told them to NOT RDM with them. Unfortunately they did end up RDMing again which then I stopped giving them weapons. I was then banned for "inciting" MRDM Side note: I also asked for the "evidence" of me telling people to MRDM and was denied access. -

(include any proof): to start off basically a lot of new players were joining and mass rdming and its 4 am like 2 mods are on and their getting rdmed its all hectic for them and everyone's killing but a lot of people are rdming people like people in my party and getting close to my base and are in my base for example but I maybe killed about 4-5 people max within that whole hour and I know 100% no more than 1-2 were rdm and none that couldn't have been compensated and or wasn't like a real rdm the player wouldn't have cared nothing like a mass bombing just badly lined up killings while the rest were me protecting my party members which was mainly just goofy guy and like 2 other members logs shown and just looking in game has shown that he was dying a lot from people shooting him for being in the chaos. While I understand a lot was going on and there was only 2 mods on but 2 weeks were just being straight handed out like 5 in 10 minute span so I think i was just caught up as them thinking I was one of the mass rdmers and or inciters of mass rdm as I really don't understand the inciting part no one even talked to me about my ban either i just got banned on the spot and handed out a mass rdm like everyone else did then they later updated it which I feel is very unprofessional as I cluelessly just got banned with no warning or any history of this what so ever as my warnings look like a clean slate and this is a dumb assumption in which I assure you there is 0 clip proof that shows there were any inciting or any admin that could vouch and there should never have been authorization to have this ban go through while in no point was there any incitement or any way I could encourage a player to rdm as I was sitting in my base the whole time until the end where I went over to the tunnel to protect my party member goofy guy since he was getting rdmed in which I shot a hobo lord next to a jailed player in which aqua banned me although aqua was definitely overwhelmed jailing and banning all the players I think this ban should easily get appealed due to this certainty. -

As well as allowing a reasonable timeframe to gather the facts pertaining to your ban. Please note, bans will only be appealed if they are of a false nature, incorrect reasoning, and in some cases mishandling of sit/report/ban.
