ACCEPTED
After deliberation with the StarWarsRP Gamemaster Leadership Team, we have decided to accept your GM Application. This is largely in-part to some, but not limited to, the below reasons:
Detailed and Well Planned Event Ideas Support from Current Staff & GM Team
Welcome to the StarWarsRP Gamemaster Team! We're looking forward to getting you trained and having you on board!
Please do not use any commands/permissions until you have been trained
DENIED
Unfortunately, after deliberation with the DarkRP Administration Team, we have decided to deny your Staff Application. This decision was made in part due to the following reasons:
Due to an overall lackluster application and negative community feedback, your application will not be accepted at this time.
Should you choose to reapply in the future, I'd recommend becoming more well known within the community and ensure your next application meets all requirements.
Thank you for the time and effort you put into your application. You may reapply in 2 Weeks.
There's actually nothing that I dislike with the Halloween update, it's awesome! This also happens to be my favorite time of year too so I'm slightly biased. Some of the stuff I've enjoyed:
The backrooms are just fantastic! I'd never really bothered with them before, and I honestly don't know why, because I had a great time once I jumped in. Also thanks to @GamingCarrot for helping me familiarize myself and for a good laugh.
The map is perfect, especially when it's night-time.
The boss fight is brilliant, and it's great that everyone gets involved and works together.
The candy store is awesome, well themed and polished with some great stuff.
But here's a few ideas which might be of interest:
'/TrickOrTreat' command. For a limited time (the duration of the halloween update) players can use a new command to mug others, in an attempt to steal their candy by using the /trickortreat command. This would work in the same way as the standard mug command, same UI prompt, and available to raiding classes, albeit with sweets as the currency instead of dollars. Requires no additional assets, just scripts.
GM Ideas - Themed events like a scary story competition, zombie hunt in the sewers, etc. The GM's do some superb work already, but these would be awesome! Maybe allow the ability for GM's to award candy as a reward too perhaps?
Additional collectors / limited-edition items in the candy shop. I have a few Halloween 2024 vapes (which are great) but I think it would be wildly popular to have a wider range of limited edition items to collect. If the items were unique, it would be even more popular. If I spoke my imagination - a OP ghost busters vacuum (which can be used in PvP), disappears on death, and droppable (to be a collectors item). Probably not feasible but just to show my thought-process.
