I want to be able to work hand in hand with our GM team to help set up scenarios for the community to play through. Additionally, I want to help the community grow by being a recourse that anyone can use for information, recruiting, and help keep the toxicity/minge behavior down. I also can benefit the server by just being an older (not by much) more mature player, not participating in mingy behavior so that I can be that role model player to our newer players.   My past experience as a staff member will allow me to excel at dealing with sits. I have read the rules and know them extensively, so I will be able to make swift judgments; not only that, I know how to be fair meaning there is a time to be lenient on the rules when needed and that sometimes the hammer needs to be dropped. I enjoy playing on the server and wish to see it become something a lot better then its predecessor and I know that I am able to help the server excel into that direction.  Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: Previous staff app was when I applied a couple of years ago and got accepted. What inspired you to apply for this position?: I want to be able to help out with sits, as we have gotten more players I have seen a rise in player sits. Additionally, I want to be able to help out every faction with their tryouts/sims and more importantly help our GM team with their

First off, I am a very big person on figuring things out. I don’t jump to conclusions and try to understand both sides of a disagreement. I always stay positive, even in the most demanding situations. I also try to spread positivity wherever I go because it is very contagious 🙂 I am always an active player on the server. If I see something that needs attention, or someone asks for help, I am always right on it trying to make sure everything is handled with time and care.     I am willing to gain the knowledge I need from the current admin team and accept any advice or recommendations from them in order to learn the rules and requirements of the server. I have very good communication skills when it comes to listening and speaking. I am always willing to learn from any mistakes I make along the way.
