DENIED After careful review of your report and the events pertaining/involved, as well as deliberation with the human Resources: We have decided that your report has been denied at this time. This is mostly but may not be limited to the following reasons:   Malicious Door Buying & Extortion (FailRP): Purchasing the exterior doors of an established base that another player had already begun building (07:05 AM prop placement vs. 07:06 AM door purchase) to hold them for money constitutes FailRP. The staff member (Scampeer) attempted to mediate fairly by offering reimbursement for the doors. Refusing staff instructions six times justified the progressive warnings issued. As a Trial Moderator lacking access to door removal commands, the staff member acted within guidelines by using verbal and formal warnings to handle a non-compliant situation. LNG had placed down his dupe at 07:05:05 EST, The Cabinet Maker and Beermaster bought the doors at 07:06:53 EST.  I asked Cabinet Maker and Beermaster to sell their doors, yet they refused because they were "Propblocked". Neither The Cabinet Maker nor Beermaster had an active report for the alleged propblock. I attempted to have both players sell their doors as it was evident that LNG had already established the base. Cabinet Maker and Beermaster wanted $5,000 for them to sell their doors. I informed them that the doors costed maybe $1,000. I dropped $1,000 to each of them, in which they refused and stated they only wanted LNG's money. At that point I initiated a warn for FailRP, Cabinet Maker then proceeded to spawn multiple bookshelves trapping both him and I in them. I phys-gunned both Cabinet Maker and Beermaster and froze them as to deter them from spawning more props.    As I was the only active staff member on during the early morning and lacking the required commands to fulfil my duties, I asked them and waited a few minutes each time before issuing a warn if they wanted to sell their doors. I gave them 6 chances in which they refused each time. During the last warning Beermaster proceeded to call me a "Fucking Horrible mod" with The Cabinet Maker responding "Nah bro he's the best mod".

(include any proof): Me and my friend followed a player named LNG after he RDM'd us outside of spawn. He prop blocked us in with no exit ignoring us when we asked to be let out. A staff came over by the name of Scampeer and started warning us of fail rp after we bought all the doors in the base (LNG didn't own any). I asked for LNG to pay us 1000$ back for the doors each me and my friend he refused and Scampeer tried giving us money instead. We wanted the money from LNG from prop blocking us in without letting us out. I took multiple screen shots of the warning and kept asking for LNG to just pay us and we'd sell the doors. The staff kept ignoring us and giving us warns telling us we'd get banned for fail rp for not selling the doors even though we owned them all and LNG prop blocked us in after asking to leave multiple times. The staff then pulled us out of our base and froze us after I built on the side walk and asked him if I owned the side walk. He froze my friend after I made props. I made a report in game against Scampeer and asked to speak with another admin about it with two others online.
