While also maintaining a positive and fun environment for all the players. I Know I don’t have past staff experience but I am happy to teach new players the rules and expectations of the server. I also want to help players with questions and issues and I will make sure it is handled fairly and respectfully.   I also believe that communication and teamwork are important parts of being staff. I will do my best to stay level headed during a conflicts. I am not afraid to go to other staff members for help to solve a conflict.   overall Garnet MRP should be open to everyone no matter what play style they like. Everyone should be given a chance to be happy. I will be a good role model for players in the server. I will be fighting on the ground with the players and making sure plays are playing well together and when the occasion rises I will help played who are having issues.    My number one goal is to make sure Garnet MRP is a positive environment where players have fun and feel safe and welcome.   Have you made any previous applications, If so when: I don’t believe so.   What inspired you to apply for this position?: before the server was shut down. I always tried to help players with there issues and I tried to help resolve them. I wanted to become staff but I didn’t have the time to do the work. Now though I do have more time on my hands now that I am graduating. And I want to continue what I did then. I want to not hustle help the server I want to help people. Also thank you for taking time to review I’m application.
