-1  - didn't read rules - / + i just don't know really know you. I've been on consistently on for the last month and i don't know who you are, may be because you have a very common name i see / have seen on the server  - / + has the hours but still very close to min amount  + no bans + has 2 paragraphs

I understand that being staff isn't about having power, it's about being fair and making sure everyone is having a good time. I'm very calm compared to other people, I make sure to hear both sides before making a call, instead of jumping to conclusions. My goal is always to solve problems quickly and reasonably so players can get back to roleplaying instead of sitting in arguments or tickets.  I'm also very active, reliable, and always willing to learn or take feedback from other staff. If i mess something up, I'll admit it and work to do better rather then making excuses. I communicate clearly, respect higher staff decisions, and actually enjoy helping people out.
