I want to make it clear. I didn’t use AI for my application. I know the rules, and it clearly says : "You may not re-use previous applications, copy other users' applications, or use artificial assistance to write your application" I’ve been thinking about applying for about a month and I worked on it sometimes when I had time for about two weeks. I read it so many times, rewrote parts to sounds better, and even asked my girlfriend for what she thinks and her idea. I just wanted to prove that, even if English isn’t my first language, I can still do it. If you guys still have doubts, just deny my app. I don’t need this problem and I certainly dont want this to hurt my reputation or my relationship with the staff. If my application really gets denied because of this, don’t expect me to make another one. There’s no way I’m starting all over for no reason. Thanks for understanding. -

I hope this doesn't come off as argumentative. My goal is to call out a bad behavior that undermines the reputation of the applicant: Using AI tools to detect allegedly ai generated texts shouldn't be allowed either. If you notice something is wrong with the syntax or wording hinting at ai, you have to properly verbalize your concerns, as opposed to just falsely accusing them without proof or argumentation. As staff members @Mo1stAussie & @zbt_, you know more than anyone else to always have the proof/reasoning at hand to back up your claims before making a punishment on the server, that same standard is not being applied in the forums rn. I'll also ask directly @Karank if you used any assistance from an ai tool to write your application. (Karank already clarified this)
