+1 /Neutral      IGN: 1MD Major David Blaine   After taking this in the situation from an objective POV, I believe that a punishment is necessary. HOWEVER, I believe the punishment is of a very extreme nature. A demotion as well as pa few days/a week time out would be good, continuing the premise propose by Papamid.      Bryan has been a significant help to myself and other 1MD officers and to lose him over such an event is outrageous.    The Confliction I see:   We have a player who is known to overstep in OOC chat as well insubordinate not only as MP, but also as 1MD. Furthermore, we have a group of people who have been sick of poor results from a certain group. This something that has gotten way to out of hand over a couple truthnukes form all sides of this spectrum.    It is painful to see Bryan go, and I would just hope to see either a complete overturn or a significant reduction in punishment time.   UPDATED:  +1    After getting home and reviewing EVERY single video in depth, I would like to negate my previously named neutral to a +1 for a complete appeal to this ban.   After I defected, as well as Bryan.. from MP due to the lack of proper structure certain members took it extremely personal when there was an attempted "intervention." This is an absolute joke to me, and a blatant intent to shed bad light apon Bryan.    "I am filming this whole thing" while under a different alias is just bewildering to me. Bryan may have been "harsh" but BY NO MEANS was this harassment. People take things way to personally on a certain side that leads to what seems to either be a vendetta or whatever it may be against people who point out the obvious.    So after extensive review, I can safely conclude that Bryan's actions were not done in truly negative faith, and the clips isolate a LONG GOING issue. Bryan should receive punishment/locking from us, 1MD High Command. HOWEVER, his actions in particular give no proper standing for even a week long ban.    Thank you for your attention to this matter everybody, and I hope to see this work towards a compromise. We need good leaders, and Bryan is one.

+/- Neutral   As far as I know I have not had any problems with you. Although, from the clips and what others have said this is not a good look. Now I don't believe this is Perma ban worthy, but it does require some sort of action. I believe it deserves at the least a week time out, and anything further after that then yes we should talk about something permanent. If you do happen to get unbanned then I would suggest to be ya know... nicer to people.

+/- Neutral I'll give you this much, I have seen you on the server and I have never had a problem with you before and what you do for the 1MD Population is great. Other than that what you did was pretty messed up. Now is it Perma ban worthy... I dont think so; I would recommend a little time out, something like a week and possibly a demotion in game by High Command.
