I’ve been SuperAdmin on a DarkRP server before, so I’m used to dealing with player issues, rule breakers, and working with other staff. I stay calm, hear both sides, and try to solve problems fairly instead of jumping straight to punishment.   I’m active, reliable, and with my odd hours I find myself to be the only one on when no staff are present. I’ve got over 100 hours on the server with no active warnings, I’m comfortable using Discord and recording when needed, and I’m fine taking direction from senior staff. I’m just here to help keep the server running smoothly and the community in a good place.   Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? I have modded on two Rust servers with around 800 players combined. Most of my experience is from Rust, but I want to try staffing on a GMod server for the first time. Please don’t hold that against me, because I think modding on Rust and GMod is pretty similar. I’m used to rough and toxic environments, including racist players, and I try to help deal with that and keep things under control. I’m available most of the week outside of school and work, which are both from 8–3.   I do have a life outside of gaming and play other games, but I still try to be on GMod when I can.Most of my modding experience comes from the two Rust servers I currently help on, and I think I could help this server too. I’ve dealt with racist players before and would like to help get rid of that here. I also have experience helping with ban appeals and player issues.
