Good afternoon, Texan was warned about saying anything vulgar like this in OOC again with a note of the day and of my Name. This was my chosen action because it stated in the Punishment page to start with a verbal warning. I did not think a verbal was sufficient enough, so I went with a warn. I am sorry that I could not go thru with a ban like you would prefer but at the end of the day I am going off the tools that were provided to me. The 2 minutes jail was for the prop block not the OOC remark he made, I hope this can help clear things up.

(include any proof): started off by placing my already ok and said to be ok "kirk" dupe down then Texan got mad prop minged me and then rdm me so then I started to record he then decided to say "I was fingered enough by my uncle growing up" not knowing how old I am anyways as I never have disclosed that info to anyone so I reported and pinged discord to get staff help. Stock gets on then takes my sit brings me to my dupe saying I need to remove it and how it offended people aka Texan and how it was against "gore rule" when  I called that out he flipped it to the builds cant offend people instead of focusing on my report then fast forward we get into a staff sit room and he proceeds to do a whole run around about not talking to each other when I wanted him banned for obvious reasons. he jailed Texan for 2 mins then got aussie on to then clarify that rule once again about how it offends people while we have "Epstein Island" in game an island IRL where multiple people including kids where sexually assaulted we're focused on a dupe that has been around and placed since the day kirk was unfortunately killed instead of the guy who was currently breaking 3 other rules and only got jailed for 2 mins (medal failed after last clip so didn't get clip of him jailing Texan for 2 mins but that should def be in admin logs and if its not we seriously need that to change also) I do not take that comment about my uncle lightly either seeing how he passed away 4 years ago its not ok to say that to anyone knowing their age (WHICH HE DID NOT) or if they don't.
