While also maintaining a positive and fun environment for all the players. I Know I don’t have past staff experience but I am happy to teach new players the rules and expectations of the server. I also want to help players with questions and issues and I will make sure it is handled fairly and respectfully.   I also believe that communication and teamwork are important parts of being staff. I will do my best to stay level headed during a conflicts. I am not afraid to go to other staff members for help to solve a conflict.   overall Garnet MRP should be open to everyone no matter what play style they like. Everyone should be given a chance to be happy. I will be a good role model for players in the server. I will be fighting on the ground with the players and making sure plays are playing well together and when the occasion rises I will help played who are having issues.    My number one goal is to make sure Garnet MRP is a positive environment where players have fun and feel safe and welcome.   Have you made any previous applications, If so when: I don’t believe so.   What inspired you to apply for this position?: before the server was shut down. I always tried to help players with there issues and I tried to help resolve them. I wanted to become staff but I didn’t have the time to do the work. Now though I do have more time on my hands now that I am graduating. And I want to continue what I did then. I want to not hustle help the server I want to help people. Past experiences as a GM: When I was a manager on the old MRP server, I hosted many fun mini-game events. As a faction leader, I organized several RP events with the opposing side's Special Forces factions to create entertaining and challenging scenarios for both sides. Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: Years ago for the old MRP server. What inspired you to apply for this position?: Creating fun RP moments and non-RP mini-games was one of the best memories I had from MRP (among many other great times we had), so when I saw MRP was coming back, I thought it'd be an entertaining way to spend my day's off or a couple hours after work. List and explain 3 unique event ideas that a few squads (10-20 people total) would participate in: Escort the VIP: One team has a VIP to protect as they transport them from one place to another. The other team has to do whatever they can to prevent them from reaching their destination by killing the VIP. Attack/Defend: Two teams must hold a certain location (ideally a room within a building that is interesting to defend/attack). It can be respawn-able or one-life. Secure the intel: One team is informed of a location in the enemy base where an intelligence briefcase is located. They must sneak in (or go loud) and secure that room (following KOS rules, I used to advert raid when we wanted to go loud and start killing). List and explain 3 unique global event ideas designed for the entire server to participate in: Sharks and Minnows event: A non-RP event, one shark stabs the minnows as they go back and forth across an arena. The last minnow alive wins. Capture the flag: A non-RP event, both teams have a flag, and must take the enemy's flag back to their flag. Rescue Mission: One team has a VIP held in a building. The other team must kill the enemy combatants and rescue the VIP. The VIP is too valuable to execute and the team defending has a time limit till evacuation can occur (defenders win if the time limit is reached). List and explain 2 instances where a PK might occur: I have never been staff on a server with PKs and played very little on servers with PKs. I would assume that one instance of a PK could be an execution after kidnapping a target. Another instance could be an assassination event.
