-1   okay so my minus one is mainly coming from a recent interaction I had with you. I logged on garnet to help deal with mrdm reports and such where you come up to me and admit to paying/inciting players to mass rdm or target other players which genuinely left me in complete disbelief that someone who’s applying to be staff would encourage this type of behaviour so after dealing with that whole situation I do not think you would be a good fit for the staff team currently I think you need to think about your actions and how you can approve because encouraging mrdm and things like that do not look good at all.

I enjoy engaging with others, helping where I can, and contributing to a place where everyone feels welcome. Whether it’s participating in discussions, helping new players, or simply being someone people can get fun events going.   In addition, I’m willing to contribute by following the rules, promoting good behavior, and helping keep conversations in a relaxed way. My goal is to add value to the community by being consistent, cooperative, and encouraging a positive place for everyone.   I always say ‘Respect comes in two unchangeable steps: giving it and receiving it’. I think this quote speaks for itself. If you give respect you can earn it back. Respect is one of the most important things online. I think speaking out of own experiences i always treat people like i want to be treated. I want a fun envoirment to be at and make that happen for others too. I hope I will be considered for the job as a staff member of the MRP server!    Have you made any previous applications, If so when?:  Yes, way back     What inspired you to apply for this position?: I feel I would be a good candidate because I have a normal level of maturity and know when to cut the joking around. I think the times that I am available are pretty useful for the MRP server. Since in EU West so I can do staff tasks etc.   And besides of that i really miss the fun i had back then. Thats something i want to bring back to the server and make it great once more!
