Neutral haven't personally had enough interactions with you myself. Prior staff history is a def a plus, and to be fair anyone that's not lazy/will go afk for hours is a plus for the server imo  

DENIED Unfortunately, after deliberation with the MilitaryRP Administration Team, we have decided to deny your Staff Application. This decision was made in part due to the following reasons: Lack of community support.    You may reapply in 2 weeks.  

+1 You seem nice and friendly enough in our brief interactions on the server, and you clearly have the experience and dedication to be staff.   To be honest, saying "once a cheater, always a cheater" seems a bit over the top here. I don't know the details of your ban and the cheating accusations to have a strong opinion there, but I do know people grow up. A 22 year old hardly has the same maturity level as they did at 15/16, and I think some grace should be given. I know I made plenty of mistakes as a teenager that I learnt from, why can you?   If this doesn't work out, I agree with Gunner. Just put in more time introducing yourself to the server, I haven't seen you a ton aside from the last couple days. Prove to people why you can be trusted, especially when they're skeptical.

When we spoke a couple of days ago about you applying, the one thing I told you was waiting and allowing people to get to know you in game. It would of done alot for you because the way people are judging you now is based off your application / experience but even no matter how many times you deny, at the end of the day there was multiple appeals that have been denied against because of that cheating ban.    if you would of waited some time, the bad rep your name has gained assuming you don't act stupid would slowly go from "well he's a former cheater with experience and a good app" to "well, he's a good guy in game, doesn't break the rules and acts matures, yeah he might be a former cheater years ago, but everything else checks the boxes and I would love to see him get a opportunity to join the staff team again"    My opinion?  I know what you can bring to the staff team based off your prior experience,  you got a great application and the time I seen you in game so far while not too much, you haven't been causing issues from what I understand so far. I wouldn't mind seeing you on the team    +1
