I also always bring no bias into any decision I ever make. I have been a mod on this server and I’ve been in the community for over 7 years and I’m pretty well known by older people of the community. I have dealt with many of things regarding conduct on the server and I’ve handled every decision thrown my way and admitted when I was wrong. I’m looking forward to reviving MRP as it’s something I have missed and want to help in this community to make sure everybody has a fun time and enjoys the time on our server. You will benefit by bringing in knowledge of the community and of how the server operates, and the leadership above me who most of which I know or have been around. I understand what MRP requires in this day and age, it is important to have proper structure and leadership with these MRP servers. I do see myself as someone who understands how to maintain stability within factions and how to keep a staff team running. I have brought in multiple staff members that stayed over multiple months and kept factions and regiments actively running for long periods of time. Being a staff member requires you to understand perspective and you need to maintain discipline, which I think I can provide at a higher level than I have done previously.  MRP needs to be different. It needs new voices and ideas to be able to survive for a long period of time. It needs consistency in it's communication between staff members and it's players. I think I can help bring people together to help crack down on issues that might be potent with this years MRP release. My activity will be decent but not to the lengths they were before.
