+1, good application and somebody who I personally have amazing experiences with. Whether it was you taking my sits or me just hearing your conversation with others you seem like a friendly individual who is mature enough to handle the sometimes chaotic sits we have to take. Hope to see you back!

Granted, I was gone for the better part of the year so will need some catching up but it wont slow me down in the slightest. I have grown a very good reputation within the community and always was and will continue to do what is best for the player base. During my time as staff I helped develop the staff team and its structure to include leading and managing the Operator Division as well as spearheading its restructure. I wrote the test, both the paper and practical and trained the people below me to be proficient in its duties. I also helped frame the other divisions put in place and trained the leaders of the new positions we made.   Since my last time on the server I have matured, not to say I wasn't before hand but I had a lot of irl stuff happen to me that made me grow as a person. I have no doubt that I will satisfy any expectations that are put on me. I have always wanted to be staff to help out the new people as I was helped originally. I believe the best way to make the server have a healthy player base is to always look out for the new guy and to do what you cant to keep the new players coming back. There was a very bad culture around the toxic oldheads playing just because they had nothing better to do and they would torment the new players and make them leave. I would like to end this culture. (Also cause of my time zone I can be one later when others aren't)Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? +1, not to speak the obvious but your experience and of course the good amount of hours is awesome to have, therefore making you awesome to have on the team!

You seem to be willing to learn whatever is needed, so despite lack of initial staffing experience i give a +1
