I believe fixing up Frogmen because they aren't even in RU right now, and their members are rapidly growing and they get killed often in war. And weapon balancing is a big priority too.

Take my words with a grain of salt, but it looks like this Monday will be the day I can start committing again. Unfortunately I've been and out of the house trying to distract myself of everything that's going on, and I think I've done enough healing to be able to start dedicating hour of my day to my favorite hobby, Garnet Gaming. I miss lots of you guys and can't wait to reconnect! If @Evity and @Phantom , and or anybody else has strong opinions on what should be a priority update, feel free to post it here.

Im bored of the server and I don't see myself playing the server all that much and when I do its like for 30 minutes to and hour. Also I don't see myself benefiting seals as a CWO3 nor do I see myself benefiting the server as a staff member so I just said fuck it and decided to take a break. I don't know when or if i'm going to play/come back to the server but all I can say is thank you for the opportunity seal, GB, and Army + staff has given me on this server. If I mention you then that means you in some way have impacted me. I ran a couple of Minecraft server back in 2014 but all of them closed. Why do you plan on benefiting our server? (100 words minimum): I believe I bring variety to the server and also a good sense of leadership that I've learned from my SF faction and leading some wars, but I am still learning. I get on during odd times of the day like in the early morning and late nights so I can make sure the server is an enjoyable place and everyone follows the rules at all times. From what I have seen, there is 1 staff, at best, in the morning. Every once in a while, a minge will get on and kill everyone. So with me on the Staff Team, I'll make sure those people don't go unpunished right there and then, instead of having to take it to the forums. I want to get more involved with the community as a staff member as well, I'll be able to host bigger sims and make them more enjoyable for everyone. I've enjoy this server so much that I put most of my free time into playing it. I hope everyone believes that I'm ready for position. Thank you for reading this long summary of a staff applications.

Implementing restraints would greatly benefit criminal classes as well as Government jobs. The forums are more professional, I can receive alot of insight & clearity on any roleplay situation instead of doing it ingame with a moderator. When a matter is serious enough and or need something to be clearifed, I will do as I must & bring the issue to the forums.

Honestly in my 6 months of being here I feel I have been able to build some strong relationships in the US throughout the different groups,i have been working on playing a bit more RU to try and get to know everyone there as well. I feel I can benefit the server in a lot of different ways going from helping new players learn the ropes after they first get trained by showing then some common mistakes made by new players and showing them new tactics they can use in war and sims. When it comes to me staffing I can promise that ill be sure to help train and guide new T-mods and other staff who are unsure of certain rules by doing my best to memorize the rules so I wont need to question myself on a judgment I need to make during a sit and to never use bias when I have to deal with a sit regarding a faction member or a personal friend. As for myself in game I hope to be able to benefit by being an approachable person who can be counted on to do the job that needs to be done and be the person anyone can come to to look for help or guidance. English was never a strong suit for me in school sorry, Fixed the issues, and I personally don't see how a paragraph can reflect how I'd act as staff. Thanks for the input though I'll take it Into consideration if I have to reapply later on.

Regardless of it "not being needed" doesn't mean the -1 is valid. The point of the -1 is to basically say: "Hey, you don't have enough evidence to support your claims." Or: "Hey, you're an idiot and you got punished for breaking the rules." (Obviously, those aren't the only two circumstances). And as a staff member, it makes you look highly biased as you're looking at this from your own subjective viewpoint, rather than an objective viewpoint.

Tbh, it doesn't matter how it's resolved, whether in-game or on the forums, it doesn't invalidate the report. So, the -1 really isn't valid/it's not -supporting due to lack of evidence/being wrong in the situation.
