How long were you banned for?: Permanently from both the GG Forums and from GG servers. Proof of Ban: it was 6+ months ago, I don't have proof anymore. Will update if I find any / any is provided. What happened? (include any proof): Banned for Acc. Mass x3, and community banned for jokingly asking for smooches from my (admittedly ages 15-18) close friends in my own teamspeak channel, Phantom heard and banned me from the forums for pedophilia and toxicity. Why should your ban be removed?: There's two things I should address. The first thing is my in game ban: I was fucking around with my friends, and fucked up by killing two people, and hurting others with a matador rocket. After I was banned for the final time, I lashed out on people that didn't deserve it. I genuinely fucked up, big time. The first appeal over six months ago didn't go so well, as I was working a shit ton at the time and never replied to the questions that were asked, then it was locked. The second thing is my community ban on my first account, @Panini: In all honestly, it was all just jokes between friends, however I can truly see as how it could be interpreted incorrectly to someone that either just joined or wasn't really paying attention. However, regarding my toxicity, I personally feel as though I am changed as a person, attitude wise at least. These past months and the beginning of a new year have been very transformative for me, both with my friends online and real life. I know it's such a cliche thing to say, but attitude wise, I am reformed. I was super toxic before and thought I was absolutely invincible because of how the community perceived me. I abused my position as a """Respected""" (I use that term lightly as it is just a game,) figure in the community. I absolutely did not deserve the support I received back then because of the way I was acting at the time. I treated people that truly didn't deserve it so poorly. I would genuinely like to apologize to everyone that I acted negatively and toxic towards, especially to people that were nothing but kind and fair such as @Gildarts, the other staff that were there, and especially to @Phantom, who was nothing but patient and courteous to me up until my ban, and even after. I know that ban appeals aren't for apologies, but this is probably the only post I'll be able to get out before this account is either banned, or the thread is locked ; ) If you would allow me a chance to redeem myself, I would greatly appreciate it. If not, I completely understand. I apologize to everyone that I've done wrong to, and absolutely, truly sorry to those that didn't deserve it.

+1. As a person who has been community banned I know people can change and hopefully you have. You deserve a second chance the same as I got.

Regarding the whole pedo thing, I never intended to label you as one, and if I recall correctly, only was mentioned in your forum ban where only you should have been able to see it. While you aren't necessarily a pedo, the way you were talking to minors could certainly be seen as pedophilia, even if it was in a joking manner. After rereading through your first ban appeal, it just reminded me how hard you made it to want to unban you and, as I mentioned in Gardner's staff app, it seems there is this sentiment that one can just disappear for half a year or more and come back expecting things to be different. This isn't a grudge, I just don't see how things have changed and I've witnessed failed cases of redemption multiple times here. I won't give you your shot at redemption this time, but if there ever is a ban wipe, maybe you can be unbanned then. The fact that this would be necessary for anyone on a Garry's Mod server is just sad.

I’d like to make a small disclaimer : I do have a bias on Panini but I also want to make it abundantly clear that I also see this from a staff perspective not just from a close friends perspective. Paninis ban charges where : Breaking the 3 ban limit, Toxicity, Pedophillia. Pedophillia: From my understanding the remarks made by Panini : “give me smooches” was dumb and unprofessional on his part, I myself have done this in the past and a few times in the present [To Players of 18+] but both are consenting parties that are using satire like humor to convey the memes that were going on during that period. In hindsight I can see Phantoms perspective and it was childish of us to act like this O.O.C. I think if Paninis appeal is accepted we should monitor his remarks in O.O.C and punish him if he oversteps boundaries. Ban Limit: In the past Phantom and Gildarts have been lenient on this rule and I hope the same can apply for Panini. The excuse that these were accidental is redundant and I won’t continue to beat that dead horse. This isn’t something the community can even ask to be overlooked since it is a violation. It’s up to our S.A’s and Manger to speak over and come to a conclusion on. Toxicity: Panini’s toxicity extends from even out of the server and into his friend group, for example making jokes about other members in the community and memes at one point. I personally feel that it’s his right to say whatever he wants outside the server. Note I am not saying that this is the toxicity he was specifically banned for, i'm only attempting to cover all the ground I can. Paninis in-game toxicity spread into OOC and that is a violation of the rules and after enough warning of this behavior he was eligible to be banned for toxicity alone. If Gildarts and Phantom do consider taking Panini back into the community I think a handler is in place. I’m suggesting someone respected in the staff team i.e Ethan to watch over his actions and keeping him in line. I know Ethan kept me from letting US know how I feel back in my SSO days and i’m confident that he can also keep Panini in line until higher up feel he can have more free will. Summary : Panini had many faults during the time of his ban and the only real way to evaluate how he will perform back into the community is to let him back in and monitor his actions. The suggestions i’d like to put up is keep Panini under Ethan and our Super Admins watch until he has proven to them he can be a functioning member of our community. Also putting Panini under a verbal contract that if he is accepted that he will follow the rules and guidelines set by our Manager and Super Admins, and if he violates these guidelines he loses his right to make another appeal in the scenario he is banned again and it will be instantly denied. Hopefully you get accepted little buddy. +1 From me.

I personally apologize for what I've done. because of me you had the final string cut and thats what got you perma'd. To be honest, Id love to see you back in the server. You been nothin but a friend to me and I took that comfortable feeling too far. I understand if you dont want to speak with me ever again but +1. Panini welcomes people with open arms and shows them the ropes of the server.

+1 I knew Panini for a long time on the server. He is one of the reasons I stayed so long. As soon as I met him he didn't ask questions we just got along. Panini is a great guy and I think he should have a 2nd chance to come back. Hope to see you soon old friend

+1 I know we usually say ban appeals aren't for apologies, but Panini seems like he's genuinely changed since his ban date occurred. He obviously put a lot of effort into the appeal as well, and I think that shows that he is truly sorry for what he previously did and wants to make an effort to become apart of the community once again. I don't really understand why he was community banned in the first place, to be honest, but I know very little of the situation in of itself as well. I'm all for giving him a second chance.

I and other people would probably be able to give you another chance in the community. But on the other side I can see how it would be difficult to unban you as a well known player like you should not make those kind of mistakes. And many people who say they’ve changed, never in fact changed like Normacco. Also I think it would be good if you responded to what Phantom said in your previous ban appeal. Quoted from your first ban appeal: So, Panini, tell me exactly why I should unban you. On my 2 and a half, almost 3 hour drive here, I battled with the idea of whether or not to keep you banned. I am actually considering unbanning you, because I only want good relations with people in this community and to have a good time. I need a guarantee, and you need to convince me.

Considering the time, I think it's fairly reasonable to give you a second chance. As for the pedophilia shit, I mean yeah that's kind of weird but if those with you could acknowledge it was a joke and weren't the ones who reported you for it, then it shouldn't be a big issue. I never knew you so I can't exactly relate to any other reasons people stated but I can +1 for the fact that people do change and given the time you've had away from the server there's more than a chance that you're being pretty genuine.

Just gonna throw in what I think: Even though I was inactive at the time of your ban, I believe you deserve a second chance, despite these past actions. If your being honest and you have changed then it will be obvious that you've changed, if not, then people will know and you will be re-banned. Like I said, I was inactive and didn't see exactly what happened, so hopefully you have reformed. Good Luck on the appeal.

I have looked at the reasoning behind the ban and I feel that the ban should stay based off of what I read on the forums ban. Since yall probably don't know the reason. This is what I had read. He acknowledged talking to minors, who he referred to as "12 year olds" about kissing and dating them.
