I was actually talking to another staff member about being disrespectful towards a higher up. All things said by National were in TeamSpeak, and in a private staff only channel. I don't harass women kid.

Should I create a new topic? There's something to say about intent. I intended to RP properly, but made a coding/oversight error. While I understand the desire to shut down the conversation and move on, it seems unnecessary, if not unethical, to ban a person for that duration for what could be argued as a error in execution, and not judgement. Considering that I've donated to the server to show support, and appreciation, I am asking for the same in return, sir. I'm not sure that I deserve such a rude reply. I've been cordial to this point, and will remain so. A donation isn't being leveraged here. I'm mentioning to illustrate with facts that I do care about being part of this community. I know this thread does not exist within a vacuum, but other people being permanently shouldn't be used as a propter hoc argument to uphold a length of time associated with a ban. Would you be so kind as to at the very least, acknowledge the nature of the mistake? The error, and subsequent punishment are disproportionate considering that we're analyzing an error vs disregard for our collective adherence to the RP rules. Wouldn't you agree? Best regards, JV

From the flags of Embassy and Silo, as well as, the text in the ATTC it is clear that the map is set in Jordan. Change all this to designate the map being set in Syria. This is not realistic for the setup we are running(US v RUS), this nation would not even be viable for US v Terrorists. The main reason for this is because there are no Russian troops nor Islamic State(the terrorist guys) combatants in Jordan. Without a hostile force to assault, MilitaryRP would simply be the US standing over some sand. However, there is a nation that has deployments from both the US, Russian, and the Islamic State(Bad boys). The war-torn nation of Syria has deployments from the US and Russia. The Syrian civil war(2011-Present) has four separate factions vying for victory for the region. The factions go as Syrian Arab Republic(Backed by Russia), Intermin Gov(Backed by Turkey). Islamic State(Backed by No one), Syrian Democratic Council(Backed by the USA and friends). These factions have troop reinforcement(boots on the ground) by their supporting countries. Due to the antagonist nature of war, Syria is the most likely place to see engagements from Russia to the US. These engagements are impossible to occur in Jordan. Another advantage of shifting the map location to Syria is that if the decision is made to remove RUS and replace it back with terrorists. It would be an RP friendly action. I joined your server hoping for a rule abiding Darkrp, I see a lot of problems with rules and ppl on server even and admin false kicked my friend(a little kid admin kicked" Southern Style Arizona Sweet Tea" bc two adults kept harassing him so he shot him and admin didnt even give him a chance to tell his side) this is one of the reason you need me. I know I aint much right now, but I really would enjoy joining and becoming an administrative staff and looking forward to helping darkrp. I believed I have what it takes and my previous administration experiences in servers enjoyed my thoughts and creative ideals on the community. Until kids kept trolling it and remaking accounts, I'm a real nice person, I literally help 10 to 15 ppl with being admin and wish to help some more,idk how many times ive been disrespected on any server but your server needs an admin that can stay up multiple nights like me.
