[Description] Implementing a separate punishment from just a warn on players who RDM in a sit. It is vastly different from a regular RDM in street, though both are out of character it is a clear malicious intent towards not only the staff taking the sit but also the player. Usually the players who RDM in a sit generally have zero intent to actually roleplay on the server, this would make it much easier to remove them from the server if you could BAN based off the RDM. The actual ban would be somewhere within the 2-4 day range, in my personal opinion I would put it at 4, coinciding with the 4 day ban for NITRP. Though by definition NITRP is 3 cases of rules being broken. RDM in a sit is something I would score under NITRP not only is the player on a sit roof, but most of the time it is after the staff has established what is happening, then the player proceeds to pull out a gun and kill the player and even possibly the staff if they are unable to freeze them within the amount of time it takes to kill a person. [Reasoning] This would make it much easier on the staff team, not only allotting the staff more time to take other sits, but weeding out toxic players. If they only had 1 count of RDM on a report, then all you can do is warn them for that, however 5 minutes later they Propblock Spawn or Mass RDM, assuming they were just a minge. Though this is a very minute change, I'm sure many staff could agree that there have been multiple occasions where similar things, like previously said have happened to them as well. Idea: So Parkourists are really bland currently and the job has no real value or reason to be played. My idea is to add deliveries like with the delivery man to the parkourists job but to places that involve utilizing the climb swep reasoning: adds value to the job and can be that next level of delivery job to gain xp for example you have weed cultivator and meth manufacturer , once is a huge upgrade in money/xp. It could be the same for the Parkourists and Delivery man No additional info

I've always been level headed in my life and I think that'll help me with my decision making if I was apart of the staff team. Most new players I've reported haven't known the rules and I normally just tell the admin to let them go with a verbal warn or just a warn. I want to take more time to get people to read the rules and get them to help provide a great community! I will never have any temptations to abuse my power because I would be there to help people and play the game legit just like everyone around me. I've taken inspiration from other admins to keep it chill while also throwing down the hammer if needed. All I want to do is provide a non-toxic community for people to enjoy. I've tried other DRP servers and nothing compares to Garnet. Most people I've met in the last few weeks have been really cool people and I'd love to help out the server as other mods have helped me! Whenever I have found a fail base or somebody who didn't know the rules as a user I would tell them to fix what was wrong with there base, what rule they were breaking etc. I feel like I could do a lot more as an admin instead of just saying "if you don't change it I'll call an admin" I want to be that person to brighten up their day and pull them aside and talk to them about what they're doing wrong or how I can help change it! Unfortunately due to the nature and method of gathering the evidence used against you I will not be able to disclose that evidence here. The evidence will stay between myself and other executives. On that note posting clips of you playing the game doesn't really provide evidence that you didn't hack at any point.

Your evidence is short 1-2 minute clips of specific moments? How does that at all clear up the possibility that you're not cheating if you give us clips that barely show anything and come from your own perspective?

Can just implement something to work just like spawn protection. Is given/taken upon arrival/exiting Cinema.

This was not your ban to undo. Still awaiting a response from @Illusionss to confirm this was a mistake. Unbanning a player before an operator makes a decision/receives proof is not allowed.

I don't really think they achieve the same goal, one is skipping the other 2 steps towards a NITRP ban and the other is the generic 3 offenses 1 ban. This is something I am shooting for, but leaving it as an unspoken rule isn't really necessary since the implementation is so simple. If it were to be left as an unspoken rule a lot of staff wouldn't really feel comfortable banning on that premises.

[Description] Realistically not a huge deal/addon for the server but it would be really cool. Have a sound effect of OMNOMNOM, possibly be able to throw popcorn, have it as a nice little bucket. Should be a fairly easy addon for the server. Currently the cinema is very dead, and rarely do people host and actually have fun in there. Staff is 100% out of character chat, and has always been considered such. You most certainly can issue punishments such as NITRP for someone spamming staff chat, just as you can warn for misuse of report systems. The rule states no derogatory/racist terms in OOC as well disrespecting in OOC chats. It's quite obviously both of those things. -1

This phrase alone is what warranted the warn. Staff chat is 100% "out of character." This is what OOC stands for. All rules that apply in OOC, apply in Staff Chat. You could put a racial slur in staff chat and argue the same point you're trying to argue. It's simply not a valid argument. I don't remember being told this AT ALL when I was trained for T-Mod. And I have never seen ANYONE enforce this. I am almost certain that it's common sense not to say anything that would be against the rules in OOC, in staff chat. If someone thats high-ranking staff says otherwise, i'll be more then happy to agree with your appeal! It actually is. OOC Stands for "Out of Character". Staff chat is not in character at all, therefore making it an out of character chat/support chat. It's basically common sense imo that the same rules are to be followed when using staff chat. Its a ban appeal not discussion stop spamming -1, The evidence you gave was just clips of you playing the game, you could of toggled. Can you show a larger part of the game? Possibly clips while you were being banned. @Milton ( just to clarify i went through mrp bans and found this was Milton’s ban which is why i @‘ed him)

The ban was clearly an accident and there will probably be someone banned for all the reasons i was straight after my ban because it was an accident. Not sure what else to say but than to go onto dark rp and ask him if he knows he banned me. I don't want him to get demoted or anything just please can people be more careful banning because im not a VIP and i dont have any dupes and i lose all my perks and weapons and printers. I mean yeah some people do lack common sense on the server most times. I can really think of a few people that really knows how to say and do stuff properly.
