[minimum 2 paragraphs] I am a very experienced player within the server having seen many players come and go. Some good and some bad, to me the thing that is most important when selecting someone to serve as a Moderator and staff is being present and making sure you are well known. I have the discipline from my time served in the US military to not only uphold the values that are instilled into me but also enforce them with others. Those who know me in server will say that I am a fun laid back guy who is only wanting to see others have a good time meanwhile following the rules. Some of the times when in the server I have noticed that rules are being loosely followed and nobody seems to make the reports that are needed to ensure that everyone has a fair chance at the server. Also there seems to become an issue of favoritism among some of the senior players which I do not condone or support. Another reason why I feel fit for becoming staff is that I enjoy helping out the new player base with any questions they may have, I also make sure that they are welcomed with the same experience I did when I joined. The most important thing for me is to keep our player base growing and retain our numbers as we had hit a period of low population. With someone such as myself joining the staff team I know that all those who I come into contact with will not only be treated with respect but, also fairness. I want to make sure that everyone is well heard and listened to. Part of my abilities as someone who has experienced a lot in life is the ability to talk to others in a calm and respectful manner because, I know that not everyone has the best of days and sometimes life really does get hard and you want to take out frustrations. That being said, if a punishment is needed I have no problem doing so and explaining the reasons we do what we do. Finally I want to become staff again because I have a great connection with the majority of the staff who currently serve on the server. I believe that this will not only help them out but, help me get to better know those who I am less familiar with. I have never created any cliques within the player base so I have no bias against anyone and find the majority of users to be very friendly people. It has become a joy of my life as a PC nerd to get to know each and everyone and take time to make sure I build those relationships outside of gaming as well. I am also a former competitive shooter and was sponsored by Geissele Automatics and stepped down due to health concerns. Description: I believe adding a small credits reward for typing the words in chat would be nice/beneficial. Reasoning: I believe adding this would giving more incentive to actually type them since some of them are worth like 500. Making super long words be worth maybe like 5-10 credits and smaller/medium ones worth 1-5. Or an overall just 5 credits per word which adds up over time. Additional Information: I don't know if 5 credits would be too much or too little so lemme see what you guys think is best. (ALSO I MEAN IN GAME CREDITS NOT STORE CREDITS)

[minimum 2 paragraphs] I was gone for quite some time. A lot has changed in this server since I was gone. I will make this server something that everyone can have a fun time in. I will take my time as a staff member serious while having fun. Description: Hey there Garnet Gamers. Are you tired of buying /Payroll? Tired of money serving no purpose except for every 40 levels? Is waiting for bunk customization getting old? Well do I have the suggestion for you! An Armory!!!... or two. We have 65 guns in use*, 9 guns not in use, and 10 non-game-breaking M9K specialties. That's a lot of variety* and players always look forward to testing new things. So let's let them test. Hey you want to test a gun before making the financial commitment to buy the Elite Class that has it? Buy it at the Armory and try it out for the hour (subject to change) time limit. Ozzy... we already have /credits retard. Why not just add the guns to that? True! We have /credits and you could add the weapons to that addon. However, did you know that it currently takes 7.5 hours of consecutive server time to use the Orsis for an hour? 10 hours for the AEK? To us bots who afk overnight, this may seem like chump change but to the player who plays 2-4 hours a day, that's 3 days of playing to use a gun for a war and roughly half a peace time. Also! We're on a movement of realism are we not? So what makes more sense? Buying a weapon from Code Jesus or from an NPC located in an Armory near you? Now I'm not trying to make /credits obsolete; the weapons can stay, SWEPs are exclusive to here, Payroll is exclusive to here, and I don't see an issue with both existing. You can make money with Payroll (a /credits exclusive), the typing game, duels, and hopefully more additions to come where money can be earned. What guns Ozzy? Not all of them. I think that's unfair to the people who have grinded to get into their factions. Let's use Russia for example. The Russian Armory can offer all 2GA guns, the med-kit, the CZ 858, SVT-40, and 3ish M9K specialties for much higher prices (circa $25k). That's just an example, more guns that Russians would realistically use can be added. * = Yes I know only 10 or so guns are relevant but we DO have 65 guns currently accessible. Reasoning: Money is worthless besides Prestige. Plain and simple. I made the Bunk Personalization Suggestion as another way to make money useful but with Perma-Propping being unavailable currently and a map change imminent, that was delayed. Creating a propped building/room made to look like an armory and having a militarized NPC would create a use for money, whilst being aesthetically pleasing and accurate. Additional Information: Some shit like this but with more time and effort lol

Ok some of these things may or may not be a tad bit over the top and unrealistic but I am gonna say them anyway. 1. Missions - This would be a system that gives willing players a mission given by higher officers to do a certain thing such as getting intel from a contact or hacking a computer system. This would appeal to newer players and also make playing more fun for everyone. There would of course be a timer or something to prevent exploiting this. 2. Challenges - Players would be given a challenge from a challenge board or an NPC or some mess and are given a set amount of time to complete it. The time for damaging challenges would of course be stopped when not war. This would also have a timer to prevent exploiting. 3. Stock Market(this is the more over the top one) - The players would have the option to invest in gun company's stocks with a fluctuating market with high risk-high reward style. The 1st. & 2nd. ones are acquired by spending money on them. It rewards you with XP and/or credits/bunk decorations

I don't usually comment on staff apps but for Wreck I will, Wreck has been on this server for a long time and definitely knows the rules and is mostly mature but of course everyone has their moments but for Wreck its more mature. I believe he will make a great staff member, ever since I started on Garnet I knew Wreck and he was usually following the rules and he respects the admins, and treats people fairly. So I am defiantly going to give a +1 for this old man

+1 All the way, Wreckem is one of the most genuine people I have met on garnet, He tries to help new players without being overbearing. He has a ton of hours on the server and is one of the more qualified people on the server for the position.

+1 I've known naas for a while and all I have seen from him was maturity and willingness to help others. Whenever someone new needs help he is the one to do it most of the time and he does it well. He is a perfect candidate for staff in my opinion, I have nothing bad to say about him.

+1 I know I don't play anymore or if I have any respect in the community right now but I remember Naas as a great and genuine guy. Last time he was staff I remember him being extremely mature and I'm sure this time would be no different. He has my respect and I only wish he came back sooner when I was still Manager. Also, please don't do this. I may sound like a broken record but if you play this much after just coming back recently you will most likely get burnt out. Or maybe not, but please try not to make this game the main priority in your life otherwise it will seem like a job, not something you do for fun(Personal experience). PS; your two paragraphs sound like the 10 commandments

No other militaries other than the Germans use German guns, right? (for the slow people, pretty much every military exluding NK and the CCP use German guns, especially HK's due to you know, them being HK's). It was broken beyond belief, imagine A5 on crack. I'll be honest, a minor buff to the G3 would be good but the rework is un-needed IMO, there is a decent selection of weapons, most perform pretty well. -1 for a total rework.
