What??? Why would you -1 them for this? If that's the only thing negative you observed from their staff application, then that shouldn't have been a -1. They literally met the requirement for the number of hours they needed and I don't see the issue in that.

[minimum 2 paragraphs] I think you should choose me instead of other applicants because as a big brother of 4 siblings, I have to be in charge, and make sure they don't do nothing stupid, and all those times where I have to take care of them, I've learned a very valuable lesson, Patience, a lot of patience. That's exactly why I would love to a good Staff member, I'm sure being staff takes lots of patience and understating both sides of the story. I also used to take care of special Ed kids at my school for a good 3 years, before covid-19 took over. So I think all of the skills I've learned in those times would really help me make Garnet a better place for new upcoming players! You should also accept me because I am very familiar, and know all the garnet gaming DarkRP rules. I will also from now on, try even MORE harder to be more mature and make smarter decisions. Garnet Gaming DarkRP is mainly the only server I play on GMOD, and the reason for that is because its the only server I find fun to play, I feel like having that connection with Garnet would help me be a good staff member. I pretty much everyday, I would be able to play at least 5+ hours a day, especially now with online school there's a lot more time I can spend on garnet. If I were a staff member I would try my best, and to try to conclude as much as evidence as possible. One thing I would do as a staff member Is let the people in my sit give their reasoning, I feel like a lot of staff don't really let others explain themselves and they just warn them, so I would make sure to hear both sides. One of the main reasons I really want to be staff Is because I want to give back to the Garnet community, I've had so much fun the past months playing Garnet, and I think one of the ways I could demonstrate my appreciation is by helping out other players and hope to make the server a better place ! -1 Although you're a really chill guy and fun to talk to, im going to have to agree with @Tunaon this one. You seem like you'd be fit for the team, however your paragraphs lack info and detail. You mention you would want to bring in some new ideas, but specifically what new ideas? That would be a good thing to answer on a staff application. Also, like Tuna said again, what makes YOU the best fit for the staff team over someone else. Good luck.

-1 Do /playtime in game. Also, your level doesn’t really matter at all, anyone could achieve level 50 in less than 50 hours. It says minimum 2 paragraphs for a reason. Stop the cap . I’m not gonna change my mind because literally 0 effort was put into this.

Why would I use a rifle when I have a sniper? Also, it is fair because anyone can get any weapon as long as they get enough money. That’s the point of grinding. You start off with nothing but $10k, and to become more overpowered, you need to grind to get levels, money, and weapons. This isn’t even an issue about bases if you’re going to restrict the weapons that I use because then it just comes down to me not being allowed to use my better weapons.

+1 In my personal opinion you'd make a great staff member. I don't see a problem with people applying that have around 72 hours... I like to judge the individual based on their application and their gameplay. Hours will come. If anything, being staff will increase the incentive to be on the server... Idk but for me I don't have a problem with you being staff! Good Luck!

well we can test this, ill use a sniper in my base u use a rifle. its not fair play if u need specific things to be able to kill and btw ive been here for years. I dont have issues with it but people say its unfair given its practicly sniper only when raiding.

NEUTRAL I honestly can't come up with much of an opinion of you at all. One good thing I must say is your playtime. I've seen you in game before and I think you're a cool guy, but I've never really talked to you. Your staff application has only the common things people say (I'll take those odd reports, I have a lot of free time, etc.). And you didn't even take the time to write actual paragraphs, which is very close to tipping me over the edge into a -1. If I only knew you from your application, I would give you a -1.
