I can explain why I stopped if needed. How do you plan on benefiting our server? [minimum 2 paragraphs] To begin with, only being a Trial Mod will limit me to specific situations but it won't stop me for enforcing rules and creating a healthy environment. I love to help others and have an enjoyable time just like new , or even previous, players that come in the server and would love to experience Military Roleplay. My main priority will be server health and good application on rules in order to handle any conflict that may arise and am allowed to address. I believe my problem solving skills could be a great addition to the server as I try to relieve any tension in conflicts and to be as calm as possible to see both sides of any disagreement. If any conflict rises then I'll contact any higher ups that could manage a bigger situation and would not be afraid to ask questions and learn so if I ever end up in their position I already know some good ways to handle any situation. With that, not only I would focus on the conflict aspect of being a staff. As a Trial Mod I will execute my job as enforced and will also be a voice that will always give his own opinion if needed for any suggestions for improvement. Even though a staff team is consisting of a big team, formal suggestions by staff members should be always more than welcome because in reality, not everyone is always in agreement. In a professional manner and due to my experience I would love to be in a group that my opinion can be considered for the sake of the Server. I believe that in a server like this, Integrity is key and building a healthy staff environment could also lead to positive things not just instant but on the long run too. I am very invested in this server and when I started I just loved the environment that I was on as staff and being able to make positive change in general fulfills me as a person. When something is right, it shall be cherished, but when something might be wrong I will respectfully express my opinions and come to a conclusion that could benefit both the staff members, and the server as a whole to avoid conflicts and maintain a safe and healthy environment. I enjoy interacting with players and creating a safe environment since you never know what a person might be going through behind that PC Monitor. Most players treat games like their way to disconnect and release stress and if, on top of that, they don't have a good time in a Garry's Mod server it can be tough. So creating a safe environment, while maintaining rules, it is something I would enjoy doing since some problems in the server that might occur, and I can address, could be managed in so much better ways in order to maintain server health so can the server prosper. Also, I would like to add that if this position is given, I have a lot of ideas that in a near future can keep benefiting the server and try to keep it alive and running since it is still something that I am happy about from when I joined back in 2015 and would love to be part of that group. I'm too burnt out on Gmod and I'm going to be too busy with school. I won't have much time given I have 5 classes, and don't want to spend my free time completely online. I wanted to at least refer some people that seemed dependable before leaving though to fill up the gaps with these recent resignations as well as my own here. I do want to say that I genuinely believe that Garnet TTT has had the best community I've ever come across throughout my 7 years on Gmod. I really appreciate the people here- So while I am resigning, this doesn't mean I won't stop by every now n then. Well this was an easy one to support. Zoe has been very active within the community and lately had been seen pointing out several concerns. Zoe definitely wants what’s best for the community and has shown to not only take the necessary steps to be known but also be a positive role model to other users. Description: Add breaching charges to AFSOC: Operator DF: Operator, Combatant GB: Breacher, Commando VVS: Infantry V: Operator, Wraith SSO: SMG, Frontier Reasoning: With the removal of breaching charges from the armory, it is currently impossible to get through locked doors. For obvious reasons, this is not good. Whenever there is somebody kidnapped, and they are in the interrogation room, it is essentially impossible to get inside and save them. It’s also really annoying in virtually every scenario where a door is locked. I am suggesting these classes in particular because it is safe to assume that SOC can be trusted with them. Also, all of these classes that are proposed are some sort of breaching class, meaning that they should have a breaching charge. Operator classes are only suggested because they have no particular specialty, and giving them a breaching charge would give more of an incentive to play on that class. Additional Information: Code for the breaching charge weapon_breachingcharge (already on the server)

Teamspeak is required to be staff. You can be staff without a mic like some of our staff have mics they just don't talk. With that being said you have previous positions and I feel as if you can become staff. +1 don't fuck it up

I was banned for NITRP after once again in my early days on the server as hobo playing down with ADVDUPE too many Props in the way of other bases and props. This MVP stayed up all night and looked for things we could improve upon across the servers. Many more updates to come now that I once again enjoy updating Rust Global Automatic Wakeup No need to wake-up upon rejoining the server or respawning Monumental Barrels Fixed all barrels found on monuments that would give vanilla/trash loot TC Upkeep Twigs upkeep raised for 5x, 10x, and 1000x Smelting & Cooking Disabled meat burning for 5x, 10x, and 1000x Increased cooking/smelting multiplier to be at a much higher rate Weather Disabled fog on all servers and increased the likelihood of fully lit night skies 1000x Anarchy Group limit raised from 3 to 4 Wipe cycled raised from 2 days to 3 days

+1 It needs to be fixed because even PD jobs have to break role play because people would be saying I'm going negative in their timer. As well as people are using that as a lie to get out of jail as well. So this needs to be fixed I agree.
