-1 I don't think you are ready for this position because you don't have a whole lot of officer experience. You don't know how to run them and have no experience being in a high responsibility position.

-1 I personally don't see you as a good staff member right now. From interactions to what I've heard and seen I just can't agree with you becoming staff. Nothing personal but from what I've seen and heard it hadn't put you in a good light in my eyes.

Ok you probably haven't met him because he's a US Main. Also I personally would say he is very well known on the US side, if he's not a RU main he isn't going to be known on RU. That's how it works with most non-officers. He's a US Main he won't be in RU TS. Besides, he has been in many events. I do agree with what you said about the application size it could use some more meat.

I'm going to -1 this for now, you really need to focus on correcting the grammatical errors in your application it becomes hard to follow and understand so I don't really fully get what your trying to say. I'll update it again once fixed. Also your supposed to explain your event from start to finish including any lore exposition and everything you'd do to make the event work. Some of your answers need to be more elaborated upon. "In your own words what are the responsibilities of a gamemaster" you need to explain this more as it allows us to see how you actually view the gamemasters role in events which can dictate if you can be a good one. "Describe how you would contribute to the RP as a gamemaster." Your answer doesn't contribute to RP more generally helping the community. "Why should we pick you over other applicants?" Your first paragraph isn't a paragraph it's a sentence go into more detail.

+1 We don't talk that much but even then I can see that you would make a good GM, application is written well, your in touch with the community and were previously engaging and promoting RP before even applying.

-1 Personally I haven't seen except on a few occasions. But your application is written pretty well the black text is hard to read but it may just be me. Imo I think you need more time on the server and becoming really in touch with the community before becoming a gamemaster 114h doesn't really sit right with me on playtime.

Sad to see you go, we haven't talked except on a few occasions. But remember.. We don't quit MRP just take breaks. You'll find your way back here eventually. Have fun wherever you end up!

-1 you did not explain event ideas. they are ideas how you would contribute to your faction not actual events. also elaborate more on this. It is more of a guideline rather than explaining the actual event and how it would be executed. Fix it up and you got my +1

So basically, you are a nice guy. Easy to talk to. I'm not sure how you are on RU but I'll take their word for it. The only problems I have are your paragraphs get repetitive. After reading it twice it shines through. You basically just say how your experience could make you a good staff member. Don't get me wrong it WILL but your app, especially in the first paragraph repeats itself a lot. Also, while being helpful on RU is one thing basecamping is sort of a thing that can make you look like a toxic player without actually being one. So with that I will remain Neutral, -1/+1

[minimum 2 paragraphs] I believe I have a lot of good qualities and leadership knowledge that I could get 91st heading in a good direction as well as keeping everyone engaged and active. Starwars RP is something that I have loved for a while but got burnt out. Hoping to give this server somewhere members can feel at home but also not be so at home that it gets repetitive for experienced players. I have lots of patience and I'm willing to work with everyone to make sure they don't get or stay lost. The main reason new players leave is because they are unaware of what to do on the server. This is something I'd try to eliminate as much as possible. Another thing that I strive at is making all of my members feel welcomed and wanted. You can ask any of my officers in army and majority of them would agree with that statement. I'm willing to step out of my comfort zone, and ready to take criticism . 91st is something I've looked into having a bigger role in for a while. I have been enlisted but it was for a short period of time. I'm also going to push RP and bonds between members to form a sort of brotherhood. And make sure that everyone helps each other out and encourage each other and do not put others down. Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, include details. 1 warn on MRP for basecamp a while ago. How would you use the role you are applying for? I'd use the role to keep players engaged as best as I can. As well as setting up a platform for officers to learn and grow as leaders. Sort of preparing them for what they'll need to know and explaining them what I'm doing/how I'm leading so I can develop them as well. How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: During summer I have most of the day. Once school starts up again I'll for sure be able to get at least an hour or two in most days and get in good time on the weekends. If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Garry’s Mod? I mainly do crossfit and wrestling. I help run introduction classes for wrestling / kids class.
