Description: Add a very small XP reward for using dumpsters as the hobo class. Reasoning: Right now, the only effective ways of gaining XP on this server are basing (printers and meth) and deliveries. Thats lame. Give us more options. Pretty please.

[minimum 2 paragraphs] This server is very important to me. I know it may not look like it but truly, it's very important to me. I've spent a few years on this server and had some up and downs. I remember at one point I was just a low level who only got on to troll and minge, then later on I took the server serious and became staff and was helping the server out a LOT. I had over 1,200 sits in a month and received my double promo. I not only enjoyed being a staff member but I also enjoyed helping people and making the server a better play space. I wanted people to enjoy their experience on the server and to have fun and not worry about rule breakers or people who try to ruin their RP experience. But eventually I got demoted for a mistake as simple as rdm that got turned into a bigger situation considering the people involved in the situation. I ended up receiving a blacklist for a little and at that point I didn't care anymore. I started to go back to my ways when i first started playing garnet doing things like trolling, minging, being offensive and rude. I deeply regret all of the things I've said and done in the past and truly apologize. That being said, I can positively say that I've learned from it by deciding to go back to my old ways of when I was staff and actually helped people wand was a team player and did things like give out and help new players adjust and give TIPS to help assist their future endeavors. I also started to grind and play on the server more which led me to meet new awesome people and have interactions that I'll never forget, I also got to give new players free money to help give them a decent start. Playing on this server i've made many mistakes and taken things for granted but at the end of the day we all make bad choices but learning from them and become a better person is what I think is the most important part. One of the main reasons why I wanted to reapply again was because of the servers current status. I've noticed that the servers player pop has slowly been decreasing over time and I think one of the reasons is that we've been shorter on staff than usual, I mentioned before I want to establish a more play safe and fun environment for new and old players alike and I really meant this because I've seen with my own eyes how minges go nuts on the server and do what they want ruining others RP experience because they take advantage of the fact that there are no staff on the server to punish them. I see this on the daily and feel a little frustrated considering I can't do anything about it. I am ALWAYS ON when I say this I mean it literally because I am always around if I'm not farming printers, I'm hanging out with people, making new friends, helping low levels get started on the server considering most new players can be confused and lost at first. But in general you will see me on most of the time you will see me on which is critical reason why you should choose me over other applicants considering the amount of time and effort I put into this server. Another main reason why I wanted to reapply is because of the whole proggy situation because it made me think about how Nutter is putting a lot of effort and work into this server to keep us players satisfied and ensuring us that we have fun and giving us new content to enjoy. I know this isn't easy especially when you lose one of your closest team members along with other personal life issues, I want to do my part because and help keep a healthy community for people to enjoy and spend their time. I have very, very high hopes for this server since there is a lot more new content coming out and new players that are willing to give the server a shot. I clearly don't have anywhere near the perfect record and some people think ill of me but I do really try my best to do what I can and to be more friendly and help other players and lead by example. As I have said before I have the experience as I have taken over thousands of sits and received double promo and MVP several of times. I have proven myself worthy and showed that I can do the work and get things done. As I have mentioned before I do not have a good record but I still have the skills and experience to support also two of my bans were appealed and most were a little long ago. Overall, I really put a lot of time and genuine thought into this application and hope that my skills, experience, and me just in general working to be a better person out shines my past and previous offenses. Like I said before I want to help maintain a healthy and stable server for people from all kinds of backgrounds to just relax, meet new people, enjoy themselves, and most of all have FUN. Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? yes I have been banned before a numerous amount of times but hopefully as I've stated before, that my skills and experience show that I'm more than just a bunch of bans.
