Im not asking to be unbanned as ive stated in the appeal... better then just leaving the community ik what i did was wrong but am saying goodbye.

Yeah, not once did I use it to harm others rp experience on the sever got it 3 days ago and have been busy with school only time ive used it was today around 3:00 my time

(include any proof): About three days ago, Doof and I were playing a war late at night, Topshot who has been previously banned and to my, and others believe is still using hacks late at night whilst no other admins are on to spectate. He drops ~ 10 kills all head-shots in under ~1min and "Base camps" (https://imgur.com/1KmSZn6), which to me and the others who were on at the time got very sus. I head about how Ozzy once used a hacked client to see if people were hacking. I got the "hacks" 3 days ago(https://imgur.com/Z7SPtd6), the day of the incident with topshot, and was trying to get evidence on him for the day that I could be able to get him removed from the community and do something good and maybe make a name for myself and work my way up the rank but in turn, came around and bite me hard, very hard. And I understand what I did was wrong and they are off my computer already, three days ago I made a huge mistake out of pitty to get him removed and shouldn't have happened. Although I never once used them in a war, raid nothing, or have brought suspicion of me until now (or when topshot was on for the war), I never harmed the community or was ever my intent, but I had them on my computer in the first place. Why should your ban be removed?: I solely don't believe that I should be unbanned, but is up to your discretion. I have about 100$ under my account where you will be keeping as you earned it Garnet for giving me a chance at something big that I have failed not only the other staff members and executives that over time I've become super close to and played with every day, but the community in general. Being a Major in the army, I've come across many people and have done my best to help people out as much as I could not only from a staff perspective but from the army as well, I hope that the time that I've put in will go to use for the army as well as the server as a whole. And would like to thank everyone who gave me a shot at this and I’m sorry for letting you all down. But in the off chance that I do get a second shot in things this wouldn’t ever happen. It’s been a hella of a time and a lesson has been learned here. I’m not asking for forgiveness nor a second chance but more of an apology. Thank You.

The skill tree will be a cool thing to add. Aswell thanks for the /sit fix will make my job 20x easier.

-1 Although you have a good amount of playtime time I don't believe that you really know lots of people from outside of the US as your a fairly recent player. In-game you very chill and laid back and as a person. But some things that I'd recommend that you begin to do is get the know the server as a whole, you can begin by playing both sides as well as getting to know people in TS and Discord. You have the foundation in place you just need to build on it. One more thing Id like to add for you is to strengthen the length of your paragraphs, maybe run it through a spell/grammar checker as well, once you do that you'll get my +1. Take this as some recommendations as to criticism. Good Luck.

+1 Being a returning staff, I feel as if you know what you'll be doing. your very well know in the server as well as have lost of playtime. Your very active and I tend to see you on almost every day. Asides from your record and ban history I feel as if you would fit back into the staff team.

-1 I would say over the time that I've got to know you from Army you seem to know when to stop messing around sometimes, but you still do it in the first place. You have 3 warns which is a lot to be coming into the Staff Team which one of them was by me as well as some other staff members. Your paragraphs are a bit weak but not the worse that I've seen you seem to have a decent amount of playtime and are active in TS so I believe that you might know the community well. But you are known to minge on the server as I haven't seen it recently I'd still wait. If what all I said changes Ill give you my +1.

-1 After your paragraph revisions they seem to be decent, but I'm gonna have to back off what Tesla said you need to begin to get the know the server as a whole. I recommend that you also begin to play both sides as well as get to know people in TS and Discord. And begin to get your playtime up. After the fact, I would most likely change mine to a +1 as well. From what I see in-game you are a competent mature guy and have the foundation blocks in set already all you need to do now is get to know the server as well as some of the existing staff members.

-1 The reason as to why I'm giving you a "-1" is due to not only the fact that you completely missed the second paragraph, but also that warn happened about 6 days ago and you were also put on a 2-day rank freeze due to mingeing and not living up to the expectations of the rank that you were appointed to. So I don't see how you will also be able to become a staff member because you need to not only set an example to your faction but the server as a whole. I do have to admit that since then you have matured majorly and seen some great things from you but I don't believe that you are at the current state to become a staff member as of right now. As well as you need to begin to get the know the server as a whole. I recommend that you also begin to play both sides as well as get to know people in TS and Discord. Don't take this the wrong way but some tips on getting you on the track to becoming a staff member.

+1 Generally great guy, he is very active and has done a lot to help with the server through factions. Now like to see what he could do to help out the server as a whole. Only thing i would like to add is that your paragraphs need to buffed up a bit.

-1 Your app is very repetitive and needs to be bulked up. You are a good person and lots of penitential your in game a lot as well. I'll change my -1 if you buff up your paragraphs as well, something id like to add being a high ranked officer as you seem to be going soon is ruff as being staff as well just something to look out for.

+1 From me he is a general good person to be around, and active all the time, even at times that the server may not doing so well. He has way more then enough experiences and believe he'd be a great member of the staff team. Good luck Flyer.

I agree with this fully the scope is terrible along with the weapon itself, to be honest I feel bad for those of the RU who have done the Tryout to get the weapon and compared to the US: marksman. A bit disappointing +1

Ok, but you are missing the point just because I am shooting at ants and one of the pelts hit you standing in front of our base First off doesn't give you the right to blandly RDM Josh there is absolutely no way you can defend that you didn't advert Counter nor Raid. And second off before I got off I said I'm logging off and how am I post to know you reported me you could await the next day and done it took it to the forms I had absolutely no idea that I was the one who shot you, to begin with, because you said that after josh was shooting at the door I and josh thought he was the one who shot you. Long story short u see someone getting raided and you said literally 4 M away from the door what do you expect to happen, to play by your logic you straight up rdmed josh theirs no arguing that at all and I had no idea I even shot you the only way I know that I've been reported is if I see that there was a sit created and I got teleported that's it. When I said alright then i guess I'm getting off you shoulda said I reported you or something among the lines of that or even said it when it happened i didn't know if someone is standing directly in front of my base and gets hit the i "attempt to RDM them?" your acting as if i tried to kill you. You clearly see me shooting ants and Josh shooting BoBean or workers. If you look at the clip again you see that Josh shoots then a couple seconds after you say watch cross.

(include any proof): We were being raided by the following people Workers Skeleton, Ants, and Bo Bean. To give some backstory Diego raided us before and his raid went unsuccessfully and unfortunately failed, therefore may not raid for an attitudinal 20 Mins. Now the following people decided to raid us (As listed above). Minutes go on in the raid and ants were eliminated from the raid, leaving just Workers and BoBean. At this point of the raid, lots of accusing starts to go around as seen apart of the clip below Josh Martin (Friend apart of the building helping defend) was shooting from the North part of the base and was clearly aiming at either BoBean or Workers and hit Diego keep in mind he was deliberately standing in front of our base and may have got hit (at this point the ATTRDM) also me (Hydro) wasn't even the one that Deiago but it was josh who accidentally hit him. Later on, Josh re-peaks and was blatantly RDMED by Diego (the person NOT even apart of the raid) after I also died we waited for the raid to advert over, and then we left. No Staff sit was initiated nor did they say we RDMED. So I would like to know why I was even accused of ATTRDM when I never shot him even on accident, to begin with. Thanks for taking the to read my appeal. Why should your ban be removed?: I believe that I should be appealed because I wasn't the one who attempted to RDM and I never was initiated in a sit. But believe that I was falsely banned because we didn't let them use our printers because we got off for the night and used Staff powers to give an unfair advantage.
