NEUTRAL leaning towards +1 I know for one you are active on the server. I've not had issues with you personally on the server. I think it's worth giving him a chance, and don't think a warning from other servers that happened awhile ago should affect his current standing on the server now.

Changed my old ways? What're you even talking about? I never left the server with bad terms nor demoted from my rank(s). When I left the server I was working full time and was dealing with the passing of my dad, so I took a leave from playing. So stating "I'm sure you changed" is COMPLETELY invalid when you don't even know why I left to begin with. When I had my perma ban from DRP it was because of conflicts with Vera and even after I was still active within the community. I had switched from DRP to MRP and was active there after having my ban lifted. EDIT: Also, please stop trying to create this animosity that I left with bad terms on the server. Absolutely can. He is an executive staff, so therefor yes he does represent the community as a whole. This applies for well-known members and/or high ranking staff members. The reason why it should/will affect his position in other servers is because of the fact that he IS a manager. When new players come into the server and see a member who is well-known and holds a high position of power who creates a toxic environment on the server it will turn them away from joining the community and servers. I say this because when I held a manager position on DRP, it was still expected of me to not be toxic or troll on Garnet's MRP server. All in all, I say +1 to having him take a break. That is genuinely needed sometimes when people get beyond toxic. When I resigned from my manager position, I did have a perma ban because it was clear that I needed a break. Executive staff not only represent the server that they're staff on, they represent the community as well.

When you are Manager it is expected of you to still continue to act civil on ALL servers that Garnet has. You're executive staff so you represent the community. It's as simple as that.

idk im biased but i think 2016 was its prime for the server people do try to RP but then there are whiny kids who report every little thing on the server but i also think 80% of all DRP servers are in a bad spot because the game mode is worn out

yeah so do that because when I was still manager on the server had a mod let his buddy go on his account, so when there is a mod active on the server and a bunch of sits piled up it's expected that person takes the sits to help out. went to tell this guy to help only to find out it's his friends flying around as staff on duty and for his friend to say "idk he left it like this for me, idk what i'm doing"

shared accounts are red flags for being staff because we won't know for sure if she's on your account or not if this is the case, have her make her own account, family share your gmod with her.
