These actually used to be on the server a long time ago, year or two in fact. No clue why they got removed though, but I assume it was for a good reason.

Damn 99% to 99% lmao. All of RU arrived at Company just in time to clear it when U.S. had 99%. No U.S. got on the objective until we capped it. After, we also managed to capture Construction with like twenty seconds remaining. Extremely close ass war!

It is equipped with an Ares-Strike, a Deagle, and standard Frag Grenades. - The Marine LMG actually holds the M249. - There is apparently a Drill Instructor uniform for the marines armed with the same weaponry as the Trooper (M4, P226). Honestly, you can argue both sides of this story forever. In my opinion, all a Trial Stage is just a period of time to make decisions for all sides. For the person who passed, it's their chance to figure our whether or not they want to stay, figure out if they need to step up a level in maturity, figure out what their goals are, etc. For the leader of the Faction, it's their chance to evaluate the trainee in their maturity, skill level (which the tryouts already did, but more doesn't hurt), and their dedication. I strongly believe that more time means a better decision. Thanks for arguing this, lots of good points and it opened my eyes more on the subject.

Trial stage is the time for them to decide what they want to dedicate themselves to. There's no point in making people feel rushed in their dedication, therefore making them less sure in what they want to join. Giving them a longer period of time lets them make a better decision. Tryouts can still be difficult but still have people pass them without being mature/dedicated enough. Trial stage tests that after the tryout.

I fully understand your points here, but IMO you can accomplish the exact same things with them off the whitelist, and therefore not making the faction they join look bad. Tryouts test skill, trial stage tests maturity and dedication. When you only test one, the result doesn't always end up good.

I'm not fully sure what you meant by the first part, but a lot of people can pass tryouts without dedicating anything inside a video game. People can show up, out skill the other trainees, and instantly leave the faction. A trial stage just gives them time to decide what they want to do.

-1 What I don't fully understand about this suggestion is your whole point about having this form of tryouts causing a lack of appeal for the faction. First of all, this shouldn't be something that needs a rule to solve, as even with this apparent loss of appeal, many factions that use this format still have numbers. Plus, this shouldn't even be something a rule needs to concern unless it is fully killing off a faction. Second of all, if someone doesn't want to join a faction because of something so trivial, they don't have enough dedication to join it, and they shouldn't be in it anyway. This whole suggestion just seems like a needless rant to me with your opinion too heavily interjected. I'm sorry if my reply sounded or was defensive or aggressive, but that was just the vibe I got off of the suggestion itself.

To this day, I still use your ass as an example if I'm trying to think of someone who interrogates with a lot of emotion (you legit scream at them man).
