+1 I only talked to him a couple of times but he is a nice guy, respectful and from what I hear from people’s experience with him he has been nothing but nice. May I also say how well written that essay was that by it self deserves a plus 1

I Have no past staffing experience Why do you plan on benefiting our server? The reason why I am currently applying for staff on this server is that. When I get on in the morning/early afternoon 8am-2pm there seems to be little to none staff on and in my opinion it would be a great addition if I was able to moderate the server when the server is at a low population. I also just simply love this server and I love the community and It makes the server a lot more fun and enjoyable when there active staff on it doesn't seem fair to those people who can only play on when there is such a low population and there is no staff on or they are either AFK and then there is no one to ban mingey people/rulebreakers. The server is a lot more enjoyable when there is actual active staff on, it makes the Garnet Gaming experience so much better. My last point I’d like to showcase is that I am able to understand peoples positions and understand people thought process, therefore giving me an understanding of both points of views from two parties in a conversation. Little About Myself: Like I said I’m a 15-year-old kid from the Atlantic side of Canada, I work 20-30 hours a week all year around, I am going to be going into my second year of high school (We’re halfway there - Bon Jovi). I play on my provincial PEI soccer team, as along with my local hockey team, and as well as some school sports like volleyball and basketball. I found this server 2 years ago when I first got into Gmod I play for a good 100 hours, got onto 055th and I decided to resign. But now I am back on Gmod and getting to know the community of Garnet once again.

+1 This is exactly how I feel It just seems like 5 Objectives makes every war turn into "who has more players on", and also on the old map S&D worked, there was missions and it was much more optimized and the pvp is alot smoother and I feel like we should just play on the old map till Siberia is out of beta

But it's not a faction it is a sub-faction of 2GA. And I understand what you mean by we don't have the numbers and you are completely right Russian numbers are dwindling. But, the point that I am coming from is that this Sub fac will keep 2GA engaged and interested in the server and staying on RU side if they don't wish to become a 2GA officer and if they find SSO GRU and VEGA to demanding and too difficult to keep up with on a skill level, this will be a great middle ground to keep players on the RU side and to keep players on the server in general. But that is just the point of view that I'm coming from, please mistake me if I'm wrong on anything. Thanks

+1 This needs to become a thing if we want to advance and make this map into what it needs to become and if we want to be on the same level as US since RU doesnt have anything like a green beret and this would be a great contrast to that!
