  1. +1 Ba11Park is a character; there's no denying that. However, upon spending countless hours observing him I can tell you that he is a genuine guy. I know that he will take the role as staff seriously (in part due to the amount of pressure that's on him rn lmao). He deserves another chance. He's put thousands of hours into the community (more than some of the people commenting) so it's safe to say he's been here longer than most of us have. He understands rules and I know he will uphold them to the best of his ability. Plus, he knows he can't afford to fuck up again lmao. Ba11Park is a great person once you get to know him. I've recently hopped back on the server and actually ran into him. Lemme tell you, YOU CAN TELL this man matured lmaooo. (even his mic ain't so shitty anymore lmao). I am glad to see he has made progress and can't wait for the good he will bring to Garnet as staff.

This month has been an extremely hectic month for me. Between interviews, family losses, work, etc. my schedule is getting packed. I have a lot of things I need to take care of before I hop back on the server.

  8. You and your other buddy's were laughing with me bc how the reportee was acting. I was not laughing at you lmao. I only addressed you to give me evidence thats it. Oh and your other times you said I "laughed" at you, it wasn't in the sit anymore. I am allowed to roleplay too. That was not a permabannable offense. Please read the rules before you begin accusing. DDOS Threats | (permanent) Dox Threats | (permanent) Advertising | (permanent)Scripting | (permanent)Ban Evasion | (permanent)Soliciting Pornography | (permanent)Staff Impersonation | (permanent) I am truly sorry you were put in that situation. It is very unfortunate, but I cannot in any good heart bend the rules in your favor. During the first sit, i warned and jailed him: Propblock x2 | (4-6 minutes)Propminge | (4-6 minutes) *see above statement onto why I made those decisions* The next and final sit I banned him for two weeks as he broke the following rule: Mass Propblock | (2 weeks)Mass Propspam | (2 weeks) (as you may or may not know, you can't stack ban times) Again, it is very unfortunate what happened to you. I do not appreciate you taking out your frustration on me. I handled the sit per the rules. If you took the time to read them, this whole situation could be avoided. A FAIR SIT goes both ways --> for the reportee and the reporter. Just as how I didn't bend the rules for the reportee, I am not going to bend the rules for you.
  9. Totally! I understand, I'm writing this for him as he was the one who made the report.
  10. if you watch the video, i warned him and jailed him. I couldn't ban him because he removed it when I asked him to + plus it wasn't a bannable offense (as it was only one prop and he did not LTAP). I then resolved the sit, roleplayed for a little, and began taking reports again. (you can see that in the chat). Once I accepted his other report, which was about 20 min after the original, I banned him for mass propblock as I had asked him before not to do that + he spawned in a whole lot of props - a bannable offense. I do not see how my actions are anti-disciplinary, as I did discipline him according to the rules. In my eyes, everyone is entitled to a fair sit. Just because you ask me to ban someone who's been trolling (and i don't end up banning them in the sit), doesn't mean I am not taking discipline (i gave the warn and jail that was necessary).
  11. @Shin_Tsukimi I do not know his accusations, therefore I have no argument to respond to.
  12. @Shin_Tsukimi right, I did nothing wrong in this situation. There is no cause for me to be reported. What he's talking about in the : is about another player --> reggie miller (whom kept changing his name) like I stated before. I couldn't ban him (at his request) because he removed it once asked to do so. Plus, you can see in the video that they kept killing him and (taking matters into their own hands) which I understand, but some kept doing as I was there. Later on, which he might not be aware of, Reggie Miller was banned for another cause (plus another name). I do not understand the report on me, therefore he should be specific and no waste our time - i mean it in the kindest way possible.
  13. can you ask him where the supposed propblock is. Because I know for a fact I never did that lmaoooo. I only hop on to do reports and play chess. EDIT: whats his report on me? I remember this situation. I warned the player and later banned him due to a future report. I only warned and jailed him in the beginning because he removed it when I asked: not warranting a ban.
  14. +1 Dragon is a great fit for staff. I've known this man since he started on the server. We both started around the same time. Love his app, strong paragraphs, shoulda put me as a referral tho
  15. +1 I've had nothing but good interactions with you. You are a very chill person who is understanding - which makes a great fit for staff! I loved your paragraphs. A cook at 15? Nice.
  16. +1 Good referrals. Strong paragraphs. I'm glad you decided to come back!

You had a ban appeal a couple of days ago. You were asked to provide evidence, never once did those recordings show up.
  18. Although I am not the owner of the post, I would like to see VIP mod be reworked.
  19. To address @PapaKrabbe's point, yes I agree that they get trained the same - never said they didn't so there is no misunderstanding. Anybody can know the rules, however not everybody can uphold them in a non-toxic manner. Yes we can train all we want (even I was trained beautifully by @Lotus), but what you cannot train is someone's manner and demeanor. But lets break it down: Why are purchasable VIP mod roles a thing? Lets be frank, the server needs money. Cool, nothing wrong with that at all. But what are the consequences? A chance to ruin multiple people's experiences. Both purchasable VIP mods and staff mods get trained the same, why should we rework it? As I stated above, you can't train somebody's personality. Yes they payed $50 for the role they "should take it seriously", but at the same time this person that we are training can be toxic and unwelcoming to the community. What actually goes on in the trainings: You are questioned about the rules and trained with the UI. Yup, that's it. Again, anybody can know the rules, if we have low-level players, whom we've never interacted with get instant access to these tools it becomes chaos. We don't know who they are, all we know is they have a paycheck for us. Papa, I love you, I really do, but this doesn't make sense at all. Think about it, we are the community. I understand that staff opinions are held higher - THATS THE POINT LMAO! This is depriving us of our opinion. Anyways, to address the quote, community input is most definitely necessary. I can train joe (made up) as much as I want. He could get ALL the answers right the first time - pass with flying colors. But if Joe is a negative person, someone who makes irrational decisions at a moments notice - he is not fit for the team. As much as joe knows his material, joe's personality will never change. This is why community input is absolutely necessary. We want to know who we're dealing with. I want to know if a staff member had a toxic interaction. We all have different sides to the story, but a purchasable vip mod role just shows us 1% of the story. Purchasable VIP mod role needs to be reworked. Opinions need to be heard, not just money.
  20. +1 I 100% agree. The people that actually want to make the server better are the ones that take the time to make an application - it shows dedication and passion for the community. Whereas on the other hand, you have players that can just buy themselves the role without the consulting of the community. This is why I love Garnet, it is very community based. However, I am saddened to see that $50 can eliminate the sense of community involvement. The entire community gets a chance to provide input on Staff Apps (whether the player is toxic, fun, humble, laid back, knows the rules, etc.), but it can all be avoided because you can buy your way into power. Again, those who truly care about the community (to flints point) will be more than willing to make a staff app on the forums. A purchasable VIP mod is abusive to the players as well as the community as they are robbed from their input.
  21. school is number 1 bro, best of luck!
