If your being honest and you have changed then it will be obvious that you've changed, if not, then people will know and you will be re-banned. You both are correct in these statements, the Staff purpose is to both maintain order, and make the server enjoyable. Say for example someone is mass RDMing a debrief, then the staff ban them for two weeks. The staff ban them to maintain stability, and make the roleplay more enjoyable for the people trying to play it. There cant be a firm answer to say which is the staff's greater purpose, but honestly we just need to say what Gildarts, Phantom, and all the other SA say. (Sorry just needed to point that out)

Perma ban are for minges and people who have intentionally betrayed and harmed the community. This isn't like a Jester or big admin situation who have knowingly betrayed the community, but someone who was just trying to entertain people.
