I understand what you mean by this, but whats the difference between having a timer on your phone and having the message in game? its a quality of life suggestion and I think it just makes sense to add it. Either way its "exploitable" (not sure if its against the rules to have someone else claim the prints when ur timer is close to finished but I will ask to make sure).

You'll know it's installed when in your addons section, your crosshair appears like this Step 4: Activating the Crosshair Once you load into the server, open console and type this command in console hud_draw_fixed_reticle 1 or you can simply type "hud_draw" and it'll be the second option THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW: The crosshair will stay on your screen for the duration of your time in the server. 20 minutes is wayyyyyy too long. - Players can only be kidnapped for a max of 10 minutes. You don’t need to put a players name in every advert. That’s kind of saying like having to put a players name in advert every time you raid. sits unnecessary. - You must advert “Kidnapping” when kidnapping. - There’s a 5 minute cool down between kidnaps (half of how long you can hold a person) - You can counter kidnaps and officers have the ability to AOS - The largest gun you can use is a shotgun That’s just off the top of my head, feel free to add on and give feedback so we can come up with rules that are good
