I am going to have to agree with @Fieron this one. In my eyes, there simply isn't enough evidence. Like Fier said, there could simply be a delay in network, tickrate, etc. that he was experiencing. To me, this clip does seem a bit odd, however, I don't believe it is ban-worthy until a couple more clips (if any) are shown on this appeal.

+1 Damn bro you cooked up a whole resume and everything. Onto the main point of this, you seem like you would be a great fit for the team. I have seen you working hard in game, and what that ultimately shows is that you are passionate about the server. You have good moderating experience, which is good to know and consider. Good Luck Also, like Python said, 16-20 hours a week on a concentrated schedule will get you burnt out. Play and help out when you can but don't burn yourself out.

+1 Alright, I have seen you a lot in game, and in TS. You seem to be well known in community. When you first joined the server, I remember you being quite mingey and that shit, but I've definitely seen improvement in your behavior. -1 In game master application format, it makes it clear you need at least 500 hours on the server you are applying for. Once you get to know the community more, You might be a good fit

As a staff member, you are going to get a lot of questions, all the things in your second paragraph are all things that will most likely happen, and sometimes they will be in the form of multiple PM's sent to you, (which has happened to me). Until the second paragraph is revised, I am going to remain Neutral.

As some (literally 4) of you guys know I am a guitarist. I have been playing for about 5 years now. ai have old video clips of me playing that I wanted to compare then and now. The whole reason for this is I want to show improvement and that anything is possible with a little work. The first clip is the first day I ever touched a guitar. I got it for my birthday in 4th grade. I didn't know anything, but I improvised. The second clip was me in about 6th or 7th grade. I had started learning stuff, but still has those good ol' fuckups. Finally, the last clip was one that was literally taken today. -1 Same reasons as @Tuna. Your application looks like no effort was put into, and had flaws and errors even after an edit. Some of your decisions in-game have been a little questionable too. As @riprandysaid hosting sims in DB and advertising is something a potential staff member shouldn't be doing. My -1 will stay for the remainder of the application due to an edit being already made.

It is made very clear that ban appeals are not for apologizing. This is the first thing that is stated. I wasn't around then, but members who have commented on this has said you had a chance to redeem yourself after a ban wipe, you blew it and was toxic again

-1 I never knew you before, so but when you came back into things like TS, stuff started to go weird. The first time you joined, I don't remember 100%, but you were saying something really stupid over and over again to the point you got dc'd from chat. I don't have too much say on this appeal because I'm still fairly new to the community, but this is my take.
