For this, if the item isn't as important, chances are, you won't be scrolling to find it i. the middle of a gunfight. As long as you have your core weapons bound like how @Gamma said, you shouldn't have much of a problem. If the item isn't as important, it would be most likely used in things like peacetime, so it wouldnt be necessary to have to add something.

Only thing I used at the time was an esp I'd like to see where I said it was not malicious but oki The reason I said this is because I thought it was a bit excessive too. I figured that ban wipe happens and I'b back. I didn't know that is wasn't going to be wiped because after looking at other departures (including yours) you said see you next wipe, and the ban was for cheating

I don't have a say in this at all, but I just wanted to make you aware of this. Thats not how bans work in the server. Bans on the Gmod servers aren't by IP. Since you (most likely) had that previous account banned, it wouldn't ban your IP, and it would only ban you Steam ID. No 2 public IPv4 addresses will be the same, especially if you are paying for a hotspot that isn't provided by your ISP. So, all together, this is impossible to occur if you haven't closed your current modem and/or router with your ISP. --TL;DR-- Bans don't go through IP address, and a hotspot will not have someone else's IPv4 address making this impossible to happen.

--Regarding my last post-- That was written for everyone coming to say how the situation was different, and how it was handled different, but don't make it public how it was different.

I never said cheating was something okay to do. I never endorsed cheating and/or told anyone else to. I had literally said in my appeal that I am taking full responsibility for using a cheat in december. so, before you get on my ass with an argument saying "he's [yurri] using someone else to take the burden off his back of what he did." I am not trying to take anything off me. I joined the server after the Ozzy incident, so I didn't know all the details and I was just wondering why it was handled different. Obviously there has to be a reason, but the reason is not open/available anywhere within the forums. So, before I get shit on again for asking a simple question with a simple answer, i just have to say that I never didn't admit to using a cheat.

Keep up the good work. you are a good COL @N4AsYou got me where I was in the community and I just wanted to thank you for all of that. @TunaDamn those rap battles were fun. And finally My big thank you and sincere apology to @Garnet. I know this is the last thing you could've wanted from someone--alting to go on to be staff. I would like to apologize mostly to you because it is kinda your server and when someone alting gets T. Admin, that doesn't look good on a server at all. Despite all the shitty things I've done, I want to say thank you for all the guitar playing in TS. That was hella fun and not something I get to do real often bc nobody I know actually can play guitar let alone with someone else. Thank you for all those moments and take it easy. Good luck with MRP. There are many more but this is everyone that comes to mind from my experience on the server. I agree with you aparh. I do deserve a punishment. However, I want to say this in the least biased way. Since Ozzy's report, I am almost certain there hasn't been a ban wipe. Even though he had a "reason" to cheat, even for the smallest thing like testing a shotgun for a nerf, he hasn't been perma'd, and now has a spot back up at admin. Obviously I don't know all the details of this situation because it happened before I joined the community, I have a decent rundown. I am just going to say, if a ban evasion is going to be a permanent ban, then it should be held up to the same standards and not be bent around -- even if someone was SA at the time of a report against cheating.

I didn't know how far this server and community would take me alone. To get back to the point of why I feel as i could be unbanned is because people's views on me. I know management and executives and shit aren't too thrilled rn. However, this run for me just goes to show how much someone, a failure and retard like me, can come. I went on to become the leader of a faction within 20 days, and then staff at 76 hours. With nobody knowing me -- a new face in the community, in my eyes, it doesn't happen to often. I like to believe that someone, anyone looked up for me for something. It could've been the smallest thing possible, however that can go to show that someone can change a lot. I went on from being an idiot on the server to something I never believed I could've. I understand fully that this will be denied, and I take and will own up for everything I've done in the past. once again, i'm ready for all the shitpost comments and don't think it will be possible for an evasion ban to be accepted in any sort of way. it was a shot in the dark. For those of you who aren't in contact with me, when/if this gets denied, I will miss you and hope to see you around sometime.
