(+1) honestly have the slightest clue who you are, but that's okay haha. I loved the application, you have great playtime and it never hurts to have more older staff on the server. You've got great feedback from others, and you'd be a good addition to the team.

(-1) I've had 0 interactions with you based on my knowledge, but in my opinion is, your playtime is a little low. Your application was "alright", however, you can't be banned for (4) days for NLR. Only (4) day ban we provide is for NITRP ( no intent to roleplay ) and if that's why you were banned, my decision will change to a (-1). Can you provide a screenshot of this ban? (+1) aside from the playtime you have, you're an overall amazing person and fun to role-play with. I enjoy seeing you on and think you'd be a good active staff member. your application was more then great and It'd be nice to have more older people on the staff team. I hope for the best for you bud and can't wait to see where this goes.

(-1) I feel like this application just states the overall obvious things a staff member should do, it didn't stick it out in any different way than most applications. HOWEVER, I do enjoy running into you from time to time and you're not as bad as people may make it seem, but I can't +1 for that reason. As for your warns for calling someone a pussy in the sit, it does show immaturity BUT I got accepted into the team with the same prior warn before, not that I called someone that, but my previous warn was "diss in sit". So don't let that ever discourage you from being apart of the team. If you added more or even decide to edit this application before more comment, I'd love to re-read and maybe change my (-1).

+1. I've had nothing but good experiences with you in game. Yes you've been warned a lot in the past, BUT you've never exceeded ban limit and they've all been removed. I've seen great assistance from you when it comes to enforcing the rules, and think you'd be a great addon to the staff team. Considering you used to be a Lead-Admin and I can confirm that, you have an understanding of how the Garnet Gaming community runs, and that goes a long way. Best of luck to you!

-1 . for all reasons stated above, but you're a chill guy in game, but with all the errors and warns, you've got a -1 from me. Once those warns clear up and you get more hours, re-apply bro! warns are removed after 2 weeks.
