-1 I know that you are a good person and have good intentions for the server, but at this point I don't think you should apply for staff as of yet. Do familiarize yourself with the community again since you've been gone for quite a while. Get active again for some weeks and show that you are a reliable person and show that you can actually stay with the community for a good while - we don't need people to take LOAs for 3 months or so on the staff team (I'm not sure why you were gone and that doesn't interest me either, just letting you know). Once you have done those things and have earned yourself a good place again within the community I'm willing to eventually +1 your application to become a T. Mod. For now I'll let it rest with a -1.

+1 Actively contributing to the betterment of the server by doing his best for the recruitment system on the US side. A very mature player, using his position within 11B to actually make the US more enjoyable and ensures everyone knows what is expected of them and knows what they can do on the server. Handles issues in-game very good as well, thinks in solutions rather than problems. Good luck with your application, definitely have my support!

+1 I'd definitely see you as a gamemaster due to the dedication you're putting towards the RP aspect of the server already. No issues with you becoming GM at all - hopefully it will even improve the RP setting more.

Since Acer was fully invisible, and to my knowledge there's not really anything that can make you see him, it's kind of obvious to state that you were using some kind of ESP. If you actually do not cheat at all, and you see stuff like that pop up on your screen - make sure to clip it since this kill was kind of ridiculous. If you don't have any clips of it we cannot see your POV and it will look like blatant cheating to us. Hopefully you can show us some evidence of you actually not cheating instead of those screenshots, they actually say nothing - could've toggled off. So until you show some actual clips, I'm going to say -1 for your appeal.

For me, this comes down to a ''think twice before acting'' scenario. Why would you ever think about cheating on a Gmod server in the first place would be my question, but I know a lot of people do this these days - can't really blame you for that. Second of all, if the server wants to remain a liable image when it comes to cheating appeals, I am not going to +1 this unban. I will explain to you why. If we were going to give you a second chance simply because you are a nice guy and contributed a lot to the server, it would go in against some other decisions that have been made. I saw Ozzy's case being referred to, but as Ozzy always has said himself - if it's becoming an issue for appeals against cheating, then just ban him. I completely agree with Ozzy's response as well, you cheated and got caught and you have to serve the punishment for it in my opinion. I am sure that you were aware of the consequences when you decided to use the actual cheats, regretting a decision you made is kinda sucky I am aware of that, but like I mentioned before: think twice before you actually do something like that. Morale of the story: Other cheaters haven't been unbanned and I think it's only fair towards others (who also have been nice people and contributed to the server) to not go along with this unban.

+1 Mature player, always trying to help newer players finding their place around the server. Has recently been doing a lot to actually get new players up to speed with several trainings and is quite a good SNCO within the US side. I'm pretty sure he would be able to handle staff duties accordingly and that's why I possibly see him as an addition to the staff team. Good luck.

After seeing the counter clips, I am going to +1 this appeal. The smoke that didn't render is fucked up, but it's a games issue. It's pretty clear that you didn't cheat in any of the given clips.

This would be the case with most players that are getting banned for cheating. They will regret it later on but they have definitely ruined playing experience while they were cheating. This is why ''think twice before acting'' is a thing - and since you have admitted to cheating I don't think the ban was unjustified, therefore the ban should stay in place until a new wipe takes place. Appeals are not for apologies or asking for forgiveness unfortunately - only to prove eventual unjustified bans/warns.

+1 Active player, knows what he's doing. He also tries to help newer players with whatever their struggles might be. Honestly would be a very capable addition to the staff team - definitely looking forward to see what he will be doing for the server.

I honestly believe that you would be a perfect fit for the role Dillan, but I haven't seen you on as much lately. Especially with the GM roles, I think we need active people to make sure events are hosted on a regular basis. If you could pick up on that a bit more (I don't know if it's possible in combination with your irl obligations) I am more than happy to +1 your application. I will stay neutral for now.

-1 Going off the interactions I had with you, they were basically all negative. I don't think you'd be able to handle the pressure that will be upon you once you become a member of the staff team in your current state. Also, the application is far from enough and far from what we are looking for in new staff members. Make sure to put some more effort into your application, go into detail to convince people that you are a good fit. Overall I don't think you're ready to become a member of our staff team as of right now. Keep working on yourself, show yourself in game and interact with people in a positive way and try to apply when you think the community will be behind you.

Astolfo man, honestly I want to +1 you, since I know what you are capable of. You had so much potential when you were an officer candidate but it all crashed down due to some reason I don't know the fine details of. You became kind of mingey and that certainly is not a good trait when applying for staff. Hopefully you can adjust your behaviour and toxicity towards certain members of this community. After a conversation and some proof of changes in your behaviour, I will +1 this application because you've shown to me that you can change and that you take the role of GM seriously.
