Just wondering, how much xp? How much of a level would you get if you picked one up at level 50?

While I like how you're kinda reaching out to/ being kind to a younger member of the community, I don't think he should be forgiven or be given pity for what happened to him. There's a reason he's had these experiences, people disliking him doesn't come out of nowhere. When you are constantly getting warns/bans and you are clearly unable to follow the rules, you will be on the radars of staff members more than others. Matt had plenty of chances to stop his trend of his bans, and yet he kept on getting warned and banned. So Matt, if you are reading this, when your ban is up I would strongly recommend staying away from situations where you get punished. If you don't want to only see "the dark side" of garnet, stay away from rule breaking.

-1 You clearly didn't. Those paragraphs aren't even paragraphs, and there was clearly little to no effort put into them. You're a nice guy, but I can't +1 this with the level of effort put into your app. Fix it up, and I'll consider changing my verdict.

tbh the combat doctor playermodel seems like it would fit the prestige doctor more, but cool update!

Neutral I can definitely see the merit to this suggestion, this would make it so you don't aimlessly run around as a healer, it might take a lot of work, and tbh adding this wouldn't be worth a lot of work. Also, while at first glance this might not seem exploitable, I can almost guarantee that someone will find some way to exploit/abuse this.

+1 You're a nice guy, and you've got pretty decent paragraphs. Some of the paragraphs are filler, but I can overlook that. A few months back when I first joined, you helped me out a lot and really got me going, and to be honest, you've probably played a much bigger part in keeping me around than I realized at first. Can you go into a little more detail about the ban though?

I like how you are spending time to fix things up, it really shows dedication. You are also a nice guy in game, and I can't recall any bad interactions with you. The paragraphs could be a bit longer, but +1

I can't wait for the hk45 to be in the donator store! I also like how you're going to add a lot of ways to get xp without printer grinding. I never grind, so I have almost 700 hours and I'm only level 41.

Also, I assume you were an S. Mod on this server, but can you go into a little more detail, like smod on what, and when? OOH WAIT I REMEMBER WHO YOU ARE!! As much as I think this is a good idea, if they don't want to read the first popup, they wont want to read the second one. I'm not sure if this would make much of a difference. I'm not gonna +1 or -1 this, but that's just my thinking.

+1 You're such a cool dude in game, and I've never had any bad interactions with you. You've got tons of experience, and 2 very detailed paragraphs. You'd be a great staff member. Could you go into a little more detail about the warn though. Other than that, this app is awesome! you should've told me you were applying so you could've gotten my referral

I'm gonna be honest, this really comes as a surprise to me. Normally I can tell when a resignation is coming up, from people not being active, or people not taking sits, or anything like that, but you've always been super active, you've always been taking sits, and you've always been eager to keep up with your staff duties. I really wouldn't let the criticism get to you, because you were a great staff member. I don't know if anyone has done over 900 sits when they aren't even eligible for a double promotion. Hopefully you'll be back one day. In the mean time, good luck with everything.

I see you fixed up one of your paragraphs, but the issue with them remains, even if one is good, you have 1 sentence as your first paragraph. I'm gonna be honest, I can't tell if you read them or not off of this answer. -1
