Difference here is he doesn’t have a PayPal account and purchased as a guest. He can’t just log in and cancel the payment like most of us. There’s nothing short of calling his card’s company and cancelling the subscription that he can do.
And he isn’t the only one that’s done this. There should be some clarification dropped soon and what people who experience this should do. Cause frankly I’d be pissed if I was in his situation too.

That’s either them being genuinely wrong or blatantly showing favoritism. If it happens again, grab proof of the textscreen and proof of the staff member telling you it’s valid.

While your ass got yeeted, this suggestion had enough positive feedback and sense behind it. However I will only be calling for 2 rooms per base faction. IE: 2 rooms for DS's to Utilize and 2 rooms for RFR's to utilize. New TS tags will not be requested, rather, these channels will have passwords decided by the GA and Marshal. Proving to be a nuisance in these channels may result in a TS ban, and whatever the faction heads decide reasonable.
Please note that this acceptance is not final and will have to be approved by Garnet himself via the Update Sheets.

As Jake mentioned and as someone who has tested the best addon of the variety, Atmos, the strain that a "Time of Day" mod would have on the server would be too deteriorating to performance to warrant the proposed benefit.

I respect Gythem's exception to have you apply, that's not why this is denied. There are still lingering maturity concerns and now as of late, there are activity concerns. You've requested multiple multi-week LOA's in the past couple months. While the LOA's may be for valid reasons, at the end of the day, I need staff that will be on.

As Donaldovan said, this isn't worth the devtime. DI's and RFR's should have 0 issues identifying when someone needs training. There is bright blue text that pops up on the screen, alerting them when someone requires a trainer.

I apologize for how delayed this was, some things needed to be figured out first.
Sits came at a premium this month. The total amount of sits was drastically lower than last month, and that was taken into consideration.
Promotions
Tuna > Mod (Fulfilled his duty as a T Mod. No issues during his trial stage and decent sit count for a mid month addition)
Blackprince > Mod (Fulfilled his duties as a T Mod. Good sit count)
Millerjerm > Mod (Fulfilled his duties as a T Mod. Good sit count)
Weeb > Head Mod (Average sit count for a Mod. Active in bringing ideas to the table to try and better the server)
Topshot > Head Mod (Very strong sit count and overall contribution. Brings ideas to the table but has moments where his behavior can be concerning. Will need to limit the outburts to continue into admin ranks)
Sinister > Head Mod (Very strong sit count even with an LOA at the tail end of the month. Will need to expand horizons past sits to progress to admin ranks)
Tora > Trial Admin (Good sit count and fulfilled his duties as a Head Mod. Had a slip up but that was overshadowed by his strong activity in bringing quality ideas to the table and overall maturity)
Extended Terms

Soap > Recently Promoted
Party > Recently Promoted
Ominous > Recently Promoted

Bozee > Granted month-long LOA. Needs to earn Mod next month or he may be removed.

Whiskey > Received a staff strike this month. Very good activity but decision making leaves something to be desired. Asks the right questions but sometimes asks questions an Admin should be able to figure out with common sense.

Note: My perms are still wonky so I can only fulfill the Trial Mod > Mod promotions. @Garnet will have to complete the remainder of the promotions as well as the demotions.

You make a lot of great points in this doc and really do a good job in pointing out distinct things that will lead to success. You’re personally someone who has grown immensely (in my eyes) as a leader and has taken criticism and bettered himself. I’m happy to see that you’re offering your experiences as teaching points to current and future leaders.
I hope that base faction leaders will actually look to this doc for guidance as I’m going to Pin & Feature it.

Description: Hey there Garnet Gamers. Are you tired of buying /Payroll? Tired of money serving no purpose except for every 40 levels? Is waiting for bunk customization getting old? Well do I have the suggestion for you! An Armory!!!... or two. We have 65 guns in use*, 9 guns not in use, and 10 non-game-breaking M9K specialties. That's a lot of variety* and players always look forward to testing new things. So let's let them test. Hey you want to test a gun before making the financial commitment to buy the Elite Class that has it? Buy it at the Armory and try it out for the hour (subject to change) time limit.
Ozzy... we already have /credits retard. Why not just add the guns to that? True! We have /credits and you could add the weapons to that addon. However, did you know that it currently takes 7.5 hours of consecutive server time to use the Orsis for an hour? 10 hours for the AEK? To us bots who afk overnight, this may seem like chump change but to the player who plays 2-4 hours a day, that's 3 days of playing to use a gun for a war and roughly half a peace time. Also! We're on a movement of realism are we not? So what makes more sense? Buying a weapon from Code Jesus or from an NPC located in an Armory near you?
Now I'm not trying to make /credits obsolete; the weapons can stay, SWEPs are exclusive to here, Payroll is exclusive to here, and I don't see an issue with both existing. You can make money with Payroll (a /credits exclusive), the typing game, duels, and hopefully more additions to come where money can be earned.
What guns Ozzy? Not all of them. I think that's unfair to the people who have grinded to get into their factions. Let's use Russia for example. The Russian Armory can offer all 2GA guns, the med-kit, the CZ 858, SVT-40, and 3ish M9K specialties for much higher prices (circa $25k). That's just an example, more guns that Russians would realistically use can be added.
* = Yes I know only 10 or so guns are relevant but we DO have 65 guns currently accessible.
Reasoning: Money is worthless besides Prestige. Plain and simple. I made the Bunk Personalization Suggestion as another way to make money useful but with Perma-Propping being unavailable currently and a map change imminent, that was delayed. Creating a propped building/room made to look like an armory and having a militarized NPC would create a use for money, whilst being aesthetically pleasing and accurate.
