  1. Easy Referral

    "I'm gonna -1 for now.

I see 0 issues with your character and 0 issues with your work ethic. You're a chill person and I haven't seen a lapse in maturity. I see you hosting sims and offering GRU training often. BUT, I think it's just too early for you to be applying. You said it yourself in your application . The worst that can happen is Jackal says no .

I think you're staff material but just dig your roots a little bit deeper into the community first."

That's what I said on your previous staff app and you delivered. You've broadened your scope outside GRU and outside Russia. I've enjoyed seeing you grow and I'm happy to say I think you're ready.

  2. +1 and a Referral on the condition you stay with it 😉

I don't think I've ever used the term "woke" in a serious manner but I'm going to try to here. Fier is woke. He's very aware of what's going on around him and is very acquainted with the rules. Back to my first point, he seems very mature and level-headed, someone who would be ideal for staff.

  3. +1 and a Referral

I’ve seen Koulit grow from a 2GA PVT to a model Russian Officer. He’s very active and shows the utmost levels of maturity. I’ve seen him actively trying to meet new people in the community via playing US and exploring the TeamSpeak. I have no doubt he’d make great staff.

  4. -1

You need 75 server hours to apply.

Also, I’d try to build your presence in the community a little bit more before you apply. Might want to take a look at the grammar in your paragraph, as well.

I really don't see the need for this.

    more useful

Kind of contradicting but now is it just a question of if it's worth the effort to change? Because anything that would even marginally be useful should be added IMO.

If you wanna talk in TS about situations that popped into my head, we can. You can also reach out to Ethan.

I don't think there is a reason, as far as I know it's always been like that.

Would you be open to changing it to something like Headmod? That's when people start helping with tryouts and I feel this command would be used more and more.

  7. I'm going to start this by saying I'm not really looking for feedback. Like I said in the title, these are hotfixes, not suggestions. The things I'm going to list either should be unanimously +1'd or have been unanimously supported via my interactions on the forums or in-game.

Having said that, if you want to share your opinion, always feel free.

    1. Frogmen Whitelists Need Team/U Radio

Reasoning: Pretty self-explanatory. It's a basic feature of the game that is missing from a faction.

    Additional Information: N/A

    2. Redbulls Disappearing on Speed Boost Classes

Reasoning: When using a donator class that has a % increase/decrease to speed, Redbull only lasts one life. That means every donator besides Riot. I acknowledge that the existence of Redbull is up in the air, but as of now, it's in the game. Thus, it should be fixed.

    Additional Information: N/A

    3. Objective Changes

Reasoning: People are done with the current objectives. Bored, tired, annoyed, etc. Some quit, some simply stopped playing as much. I haven't spoken to a single person who does not support an objective change. As to what we should change to, see the poll below to include your voice.

    Additional Information: N/A

    4. Add a "Send" Command for Staff

Reasoning: I want to start this by saying I'm not even sure if D3A has a send command because I spent some time googling for a command list and nothing came up. This one is @Ethan's idea but I agree that it would be a good tool for staff. Instead of having to tp to the destination player and bring the target player, we can use the send command.

    Additional Information: N/A

  8. So fucking stoked. BUT, before I tag the man himself, can someone hop on a FM whitelist after the update goes through and see if radio was also added? :classic_biggrin:

All the fixes are great and I'm excited for the weapons regardless of them being donator-only or not.

Meaning, RU Staff don’t realize how uneven the war is until it’s to late to switch.

Numbers definitely aren’t everything. I’ve seen a handful of wars where RU will have a much larger amount of players on but still get shit on. Like you mentioned in your post, a great deal of US mains are experienced and should be able to handle 2-3 lower enlisted 2GA.

As far as the OP goes, +1.

I’m open to seeing a neutral spawn as a civilian. However there would be an issue as to where they would spawn as it’s currently in a sit room. Having a text screen in the RU RR on how to switch to US would be silly IMO.

Increasing the cap rate would help make those lower populated wars, 30-50 people, more interesting. In that player count range, the first side to cap the 1 obj wins 90% of the time because it takes so long to cap points. Teams will often cap with 16-10 minutes left to war, at which point it becomes TDM because both sides recognize the minimal chance of a retake.

  10. Honestly I’m indifferent on whether or not this goes through. I mentioned why I think this would be difficult to police.

Not only that, this ruling will open an entire can of worms regarding exploits/bugs/etc. It’ll be up to the Managers + Garnet if they choose to do so.

  11. What @Ethan mentioned is true. I play Riot pretty damn extensively. There have been maybe 20 counts of me dying to one shot since I’ve became staff and started checking logs.

The logs will show two bullets connected even though the player only shot once (I’ve confirmed this over 10 times via pm’s). I assume this because the bullet went through me and then underwent the retarded bounce mechanic that’s on the server. On Tuesday, I was a Nailgunner and died to a single orsis shot (headshot + ricochet damage).

The fact that this mechanic exists on the server makes this rule 100% bogus. Any player can claim that they only shot once. Any hope of this being enforced relies on the accuser having video proof with clear audio AND visual of the person who uses the “bug”

Last night you excavated the skull of a citizen with a double barrel outside of the PD, and gave it a nice red paint job.

First off the way you worded that is hilarious.

Did he give any reason why he killed the citizen? Was staff action taken?
